  • Hello everyone, in this video, I'll share with you what I do for my back.. I didn't have any more time to explain during the video cause I was already lazy af.. but here's the list of what I did
    1. Pull ups
    2. Lat pull downs
    3. Vbar lat pulldowns
    4. Machine row
    5. Dumbell row
    6. Dumbell shrugs
    7. Dumbell deadlines
    I did 3 working sets on all of the exercises with 12 reps.. followed by 2 warm up sets containing 25 reps
