It's amazing how fast you do this and with all that attention to detail. I've seen crews of a dozen men that can't work this fast or this precise.

Thank you Jeff for sharing! We met yall here in Utah at the hunt expo spoke for a few minutes. I love yalls relationship! I lost my dad 2yrs ago coming up on the 22nd just after he tagged out on a bear. Yalls relationship Is just like dad and mine. Always working together, playing together what have you. He was/is my best friend. Take it all in you'll never regret it!!! Much love yall!! Keep it up. Maybe one day I'll pull up my boots and go noodling. Hope to see yall again someday.

Looks great!! We built a log house kit here in the central valley of California. I think our kit was from a company in North Carolina called Amerlink. We have a really bad gopher problem. So inside the foundation we had the concrete guy poor a layer of concrete 2 inches thick as a barrier. I strung up wires underneath the floor joists to hold the floor insulation . The concrete made it was easy and fast to fly back and forth on my creeper. I have been under there quite a few times and it is very handy to be able to get around on my creeper. We did a porch all of the way around the house. Although we had crews come in to build most of the house we did do do some of it ourselves. I'm really interested in how you build yours. I do hope you show some of the "how to " parts and explain the how and why you do what you do. I love to watch and get ideas for my small projects. Thank you for bringing us along on your journey.

As an Electrician, please take the time (before the joists go down) to really clean up the ground under the house...
It makes a huge difference for years to come
My house is on concrete blocks. After many years and a big addition the house settled and the blocks developed leaks. I'm not a fan of block foundations. So, I wish you luck. This looks like a wonderful house! Papa Bob in MO

I use to build houses with my father we pour footers lay block build the houses for fox ridge homes in Tennessee I was 19 now I'm 56 thanks too him I'm a Mason block and brick stone work too a carpenter a concrete finisher and in my time I learned how do plumbing and electrical work do all trades now I'm retired thanks to him all he taught me I never needed college lol made better money then my siblings who did
