It reminds me of the toy police car with lights and sirens that my mother-in-law bought for my stepson during a trip to China. The darn thing would suddenly turn on at random times when nobody had touched it. I swear it was cursed.
The thing that really frustrates me about these bootleg dolls is mostly how easily they fall apart. As the parent of a 7 year old I can guarantee you that she would be heartbroken if her new doll fell apart two seconds after opening. It kinda makes feel sad for any kid that gets these as a legitimate gift

btw the reason the dolls head is so squishy is because it is made of the toxic chemical which plasticizer to make the dolls head and body more flexible.

I was thinking Topper Dawn dolls, Jazzie, Galoob Golden Girl, Ideal's Flatsy dolls, Kenner Glamour Girls, Mattel's Dazzle dolls, Mattel's Starr dolls, Sears Adorables doll, etc. I think Tonner dolls just went defunct a few years ago. Maybe most of these never made it to the U.K. idk.

The Hasbro and Mattel are so rare in Pakistan and India Dubai so they sell these dolls and getting these fake dolls from my childhood 😢 so I checked Hasbro ones and they were so expensive😭😭
