So good to hear!! I use every item you mentioned except chebe, but I use henna and girl…let me tell you, my hair is thriving!! Also, my hair has been in braids and cornrows, with no hair added 99% of the time since September of 2022. What you’re saying has definitely been my experience….the length keeps coming. I’m looking forward to the later part of 2024. I believe I will have achieved my hair length goals, if God allows. Thanks for sharing! 💕🌸
I have 4c kinky coily hair been all natural for 4yrs now and i use cloves, rosemary and others oil mixed together that i found that works great on my hair and shea butter to seal the moisture in 3 times a week and i wear twist in my hair for 1-2 months at a time and my hair is growing fast
Yes, it is in our African genetics to have long hair. Whoever said it wasn't is wrong. My hair use to be to my waistline as a teenager. Great video sista thank you!!❤❤❤❤
When I use shea butter on my hair and skin I always notice a huge difference in the softness of both! I like to mix shea butter with coconut oil (coconut oil works very well on my hair personally), gives my skin and hair a softness and moisture I never knew it could have!
Thank you for sharing. This is my first time coming across your channel. I've been natural for the past 10 years. I previously had a perm mainly, because it was very difficult to maintain my natural hair. Through my own trial & error and then discovering tips and products via UA-cam & Pinterest I am now able to maintain my own hair I will start using some of these tips as I journey to grow my hair to waist length.
I went natural after being relaxed for soo long , but my hair in it’s natural state was really time consuming and frustrating, so I went back to relaxers , I’ve learnt a lot over the years and I probably relax my hair twice for the most a year, as soon as I have a lot of growth I braid my hair and keep it in for a while , my hair has gotten soo much thicker and longer and I love it .
Bella! 🌼 Loving these ancient African hair secrets! Shea butter and castor oil have been game-changers for me. Thanks for sharing these natural tips. Looking forward to trying the clove oil too!

Im going back !!! As a child I had beautiful thick hair, my mother permed it & ugh breakage. Later in my life I got on the lace wig train & noticed breakage as well & my hair coming out. I’ve been looking for more natural tips. I’ve seen the black African soap tip on many different African women pages & will be getting all these ingredients & trying these suggestions. Thank you so much for sharing from your black American sister ❤
Thank you for the secrets and helpful tips. Most Everyone's hair, regardless of race, pretty much grows at the same rate each day and month. Given each individual's standard of health, choices of products used in the hair, and environmental conditions, the quality of each person's hair may differ. Certain conditions, of course, may lead to weak, dry, and brittle hair that gives the illusion the hair is not growing when in fact it is. Hair is dead. The body is alive. Strong and healthy hair starts from within. Keeping the body hydrated, eating plenty of good nutrients through fruits and vegetables, extra moisturizing, low manipulation, and gentle protective styling allow dryer and brittle hair to maintain a lot of length. Be extra gentle with the ends. They need the most protection.
