    In this video i learned:
    The cure to fear.
    1. Practice bravery training.
    2. Release your attachment to outcomes
    3. Hang with the heroes

We often say, people aren’t ready, that’s like telling a person who is trying to swim to learn first; actually we will never learn how to swim until we get in the water.

I practised fearless, bravery all through my 30s. Anything that scared me i went towards it. Then i came into my 40s as a mother and i changed. I stopped that and started dwelling on fears. Im now 49. Id like to get back into my bravery training and WILL

A few day ago I walked up to a man twice my size who I did not know, but I wanted to speak with him because he was the athletic director of a school and as a motivational speaker I wanted to connect. I did not know who he was originally until somebody informed me and as soon as I saw him without hesitation I walked straight up to him and told him who I was and what I wanted to do for him and his program. What is so significant about this story is that a few minutes after we departed from each other I realized there was zero fear during that entire interaction. I didn't even flinch when I saw him for the first time. I couldn't say that I would have done the same thing year or so ago. I would have normally looked at him from the side of my eye. Thought about what I was going to say. Try to time it just right. Plan bumping into him. Ask somebody to introduce me. Something like that. But no, I realize that I have practiced going up to people so much that I don't even flinch any more. I just do it. The fear of meeting someone new is gone. That is the power of practicing through your fears. #MP

I had a fear of needles. so bad that if I saw an image of somebody getting a jab I wanted to throw up. so I started donating blood regularly. after a few years I realized that my fear was gone. here in south Africa donating blood is voluntary with no financial rewards. so I got over my fear and helped save somebody's life😊

The things written are really wonderful and helping me by guiding how to live the life and what I was lacking and I would say, most of my questions and confusions related to life are being cleared slowly.

Well, Tony Robbins says we should focus on outcomes not the activities. But, you suggest the other way round. I listen to both of your presentations. Now, who to follow? I know I shouldn't be comparing. In fact, my beliefs resonates with you. I personally feel, whenever I focus too much on the outcome, it adds some kind of pressure and kills the joy of keeping up with the activities.

Robin Sharma sir is simply the best guys. He must have suffered something amazing tutorial experience in this past, this is just my guess. I have some worst past experience in 2008 facing life and death situation, felt like paralyzed 24*7 but not suffered from paralysis, i couldn't even walk in the street, speak clearly, breath normally, heart beats heavily as if its going to get out of chest, i couldn't read books and prepare for exam,so much physical and mental torture, i never went to doctor, just believed in my will power and waited to get everything in order....... but now in 2016 after suffering worst worst past experience now i am extremely strong in every aspect especially in my intention and will power. So much powerful now. I love strong people who have worst past experience.

Thank you Robin, my biggest fear is someone disrespecting me or that i would feel stupid.
couple of examples: someone hanging up the phone on me, some criticizing me or the company i work for.
I grew up in north jersey and if you allowed someone to disrespect you or make fun of you it be worse than death. because everyone would pick on you. so i made sure no one did that to me. Even a look would trigger me.
I am trying to be successful in sales. You cant take offense in business. so you see my dilemma.
