I bought my Gladiator from its first owner. He told me that in case the vehicle didn't recognize the fob (even after trying this) you can remove the rubber cover of where you push to start the engine and use your fob key as in a regular ignition.
It started the way you showed. GREAT! Now, how do I get the jeep to 'detect the key fob again? Is there something I can do or is it a dealer thing? I put a new battery in so I know it is not the battery. Plus, I also tried the second fob as well.
If both of your fobs are giving you the same message even after replacing the fob batteries there may be an issue with the vehicle itself - you might want to take it in to get looked at.

Usually changing the fob battery does fix the "key fob not detected" issue but if you are still having the same problem there may be deeper issues with the fob or the the vehicle itself.
Thanks for this, ran into this today dropped off my wife at her mother's and message came "cannot detect key fob"so i thought ill turn jeep off and it will reset .nope couldnt get it to start ended up walking home 3kms to get the back up on a very cold wintery day luckely my neighbor was home and drove me back i get the jeep with spare and still mothing ..he mentions sometimes if battery is low put the fob as close to push button so i used the fob to push the button and it started .great ..i drive home and replace both batteries..everything seems good hours later i go to pick up my wife again and as she gets in and closes the passenger door message starts again fhe exact same as hour earlier this time i just drove home since it doesnt seems to matter and it still drives ..got home turned off car and started it no problem ...i dont know what is going on ...

The key fob should not need to be reprogrammed if it still starts the vehicle using the backup method shown in this video. The first thing to try would be to replace the battery in your key fob.
Before my 2021 Compass I drove a 2003 Xterra for over 270K miles. I never had an issue with that Fob once. I understand that one is different because it doesn’t have remote start etc… I have 27K miles on my compass and I’ve already switched Fobs. Now the fob is in my lap and it’s still alerting “no fob in vehicle” while im driving on the parkway. Any advice?
If your jeep wont start using the method shown in the video you may have deeper issues with the key or vehicle itself - you may need to take the vehicle in to get it looked at

If doing this will not let you start the vehicle, I think you may have deeper issues with the vehicle itself
How about getting in the Jeep if your key fob is not working…
Use the emergency key that flips out of the fob to unlock the drivers door.
