Something fun you can do during sunrise, when the sun's rising, look the other direction, you'll notice a pink band and a bluish-grayish-purple band of twilight below that, that's the Earth's shadow. It's surreal to see twilight the same time the sun is up (works with sunset too but it's more dramatic at sunrise). I've seen this hundreds, if not thousands of times but I'm always still in awe of it.

I never understood waking up regularly on alarm clock. I have more or less 7.5h sleep but the time I wake up is flowing throughout the year, mostly depending on the Sun. I feel like fixing sleep schedule onto something so technological, like an alarm clock, is quite unnatural. I don't mean to patronize, it's just strange difference I noticed and ultimately, what works for you is the right approach. Stay strong and healthy during winter :)

I was 18 year's old but since my childhood i love morning time and because of too much work now iam not consistent with routine. Now after seeing you i feel that it's needed to be consistent with my morning routine ❤❤ love from INDIA
I woke up today at 4:30 AM and it felt amazing. My wake up time varies depending on the time of year. December and January are when nights are long and I'm most likely to wake up at 5 AM or sometimes later (like New Year's Day because I stay up past midnight New Year's Eve, the only day I stay up so late, I then sleep in until 6 AM). When sunrise is really early in June, I sometimes am up as early as 3:30 AM. People wonder why I get up so early and I tell them that being a super early bird is like being a night owl but with more energy (and my body naturally works with this time). I set my alarm for 6 AM because I trust my body to get me up well before then (99% of the time, that's true). I just love being up early enough to observe the night sky with that patch of blue on the east horizon as it slowly gets brighter and brighter until the sun makes its grand entrance. I actually say "hi" to the sun in the mornings (as corny and dorky as that sounds). I live in a tiny rural town where everything's closed by 8 PM, so it doesn't harm my social life any (girls night out is more like girls late afternoon/early evening out on weekends, haha). When I was growing up, everyone was like "Victoria, why do you get up so early?" and now they're doing it, too (well, some are). What's the earliest wake up time you'd consider useful? For me, 3 AM is the limit of what I'd consider useful, as in earlier than that the drawbacks outweigh the benefits. I learned my lesson on that when I tried a 2 AM morning wake up routine, first few days I loved it (and even briefly considered trying an 11 PM "morning" wake up routine), but eventually reality caught up to me and by the end of the second week, I was so miserable that I fogged up my sunglasses from crying two days in a row. I decided to abandon the 2 AM wake up routine (meant to try for a month) after two weeks and went back to my natural 4 AM - 5 AM wake up time. Sometimes we need a bad experience to teach us a lesson, my lesson was "if it's not broke, don't fix it".

Great video ❤️ i love 5am starts! I'm a morning person and would far rather have a longer morning than a longer night. Means I can do a little yoga stretch, then a workout, shower and read my book eating my overnight oats then walk to work. You almost feel like you have an extra half of a day😊

Hii Anna, i really enjoyed the video withh you thank you so much for sharing this and i wanna share with you my experience in waking up early, in summer 2022 & 2023 winter i started this habit and it really works for me and as you said i always had a for myself and i was more productive in that time and feeling better of myself and finding time for my self-development.. But in 2023 summer i pass through somehow some difficult days and i didn't do it but i'm now redoing it! Even though i'm going through some hard days rn in my 1st year college cuz i wanna pass the exams but they are somehow difficult so i hope these hard days will pass and i can pass the exams in success, thank you Anna for reading this i know it was too long and i enjoyed the video so much thank youuu 😭💖💖

Glad you've mentioned INTERMITTENT FASTING because oh boy. Everyone is talking about how perfect "eating style" that is. I've tried and I've been educating myself in that. Didn't notice any positive sides of it... I wanted to overeat, have no energy, my social life basically ended, I was stressed about the timing and also I have no energy to exercise (I like to do it in the morning) and much much more, nobody is talking about the negative sides... Especially people like US with ed history... We should stick to our intuition... And also HORMONES yes yes yes breakfast is top!!!

I can give you some tips on how to feel warm even at -20 degrees. I'm from Ukraine and I have some experience :) Usually, I wear skii costume, gloves and socks for skii also. Under this costume, one pare of termo underwear. It is better to take wide skii pants, because between termo underwear and pants should be some space for better termo isolation. And of course good winter shoes and a hat (without hat body losts 40% of warm) Thank you for your advices and your job! ❤

I can give you some tips on how to feel warm even at -20 degrees. I'm from Ukraine and I have some experience :)
Usually, I wear skii costume, gloves and socks for skii also. Under this costume, one pare of termo underwear. It is better to take wide skii pants, because between termo underwear and pants should be some space for better termo isolation. And of course good winter shoes and a hat (without hat body losts 40% of warm)
