Hello sir I love your work and design language! Can I request for a design of a 2 storey house, with 1 bedroom on ground floor, high ceiling, master bedroom on 2nd floor
A nice compact design, however I think the the work desk positioned directly in front of the refrigerator door would make access to the fridge somewhat difficult. If the refrigerator and stove positions were swapped (so the fridge is in the corner to the right of the window), then that might be better.
No no no! No one wants to see the refrigerator as soon as they walk in the front door! Go back to the drawing board on this design. If I may suggest that the upstairs balcony be converted into extra floor space upstairs . . . then it could accommodate an en suite bathroom and laundry room. Why waste that space for a balcony patio which will likely never be used, or if used, infrequently? Certainly, this change would create more space downstairs . . . the full bath downstairs could be made into a half-bath, with extra space given to the kitchen so there could be a real entry with coat closet instead of having that refrigerator right in one's eyes as soon as entering the home! A home this small needs nine or ten foot ceilings, too.
