Beautiful home. I am not fond of an open garage but this is common in places like Dubai.
What I most would like to see is a block of 4 to six small homes all built at the same time and grouped so each would have a private outside space even if one or two only has a roof deck to make it possible. I have toured a development once in Roseville CA...... that had small two story homes all designed with side yards next to the adjoining home which didn't have windows or only clerestory windows for light on that side of the house. This allowed a remarkable amount of privacy.
Why not build homes in blocks even if they are separate that compliment and respect each other's space. In addition it is a fact that like art, architecture can enhance the sense of well being moods of people who live and work around their spaces. Why not create a development loop of homes where the most prominent homes have an enhanced façade so that all residents see it as they come and go but it is not necessary to go to the expense and effort to duplicate it on every unit. Just a dream of mine. Instead of compromising let master planning enhance the space.

The top of the garage is changed to a terrace, the stairs are diverted to a terrace, and the master bedroom is widened to become a dressing room, which may be better

It looks nice, but... But 2 bathrooms are somehow one too much I find. Because the bathroom behind of the kitchen could be the washroom for clouthings (really, imagine in winter: going outside in minus C because of washing? LOL). And I thought at the door of the guarage, that there would be a direct conection/way into the house, if it rains or so...

Needs improvement: There is too much wasted space in the kitchen, you have a giant raised foundation with only a tiny storage space inside of it, and the outdoor laundry puts the owner and the washer/dryer unit at the mercy of the elements. Water should only be on the outside of a washer/dryer.
How about 25m×30m 3 storey luxury house...

Wherever this is, I hope it doesn't rain. I see no drain holes in the carport and if it does rain, the water will flow down the driveway and build up in the carport. It could even go under the door into the house.🙄
