  • Start in kneeling position. Come into your four-point position. Engage your core. Take your right knee back slightly followed by your left. Lean forwards so your shoulders come over your wrists. To come to full plank, keeping your core engaged and your spine long, step your toes back. Keep your neck long and your entire body in one line, be careful not to collapse the hips down or have the buttocks pointing up. Hold for five or so breaths and return to kneeling.
