  • Spaghetti is one of my kid’s favorite dish and I get the request to put that on the menu quite a lot. Making Spaghetti in Ninja Foodi has changed my life for good. It is so easy to make and it being a one pot recipe, cleaning up after is super easy. I also sneak in veggies in this dish (for my picky eaters) but it is optional.

Quick & Easy Spaghetti - Ninja Foodi
    Ingredients:
    Spaghetti - 1 lb
    Ground Beef - 1 lb
Green Pepper - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Onions - 1 cup (finely chopped)
    Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Low Sodium Beef Broth - 4 cups
Pasta Sauce - 24 oz Jar
    Water - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp or as needed
    Parmesan Cheese - garnish (optional)
    Instructions:
    1. Turn on Ninja Foodi on Hi saute mode
    2. Add ground beef and break them up while sautéing for few minutes
    3. Add green pepper (optional) and onion and saute until there is no pink in the beef
    4. Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and mix well
    5. Add a small amount of water and deglaze the pot if needed
    6. After this point, there should be absolutely no more stirring. This is very important.
    7. Add pasta sauce, water (I pour this water in pasta sauce bottle first, close lid, and shake to get all the sauce out), and beef broth to on top of the meat mixture.
    8. Break the spaghetti into 2 halves and add on top of the broth criss crossing them. This will avoid the pasta from clumping together
    9. Push the pasta down into the broth making sure not to stir
    10. Close the pressure cooker lid, turn valve to seal and pressure cook for 3 minutes on High
    11. Let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes and then quick release
    12. Open lid and you will see the spaghetti is very watery. Don’t panic, this is expected
    13. Mix everything separating any clumped up pasta
    14. Close the lid (ninja foodi is turned off) and wait 5 minutes
    15. Open the lid, stir, add cheese (optional) and Enjoy!

Excellent video and recipe. It tastes fantastic.
One small suggestion. before you pressure cook, dump a can of tomato paste on top and stir it in after you're done pressure cooking. It helps thicken it and adds a lot of flavor.

Umm, we enjoy it at least once a month 😊 If you have children, it would be a perfect spaghetti that's quick and easy 😉

omg! I was ok and was willing to be curious until you broke the spaghetti. Not only did you do it but you filmed your sacrilege for the entire world to see.

How will you fit it in the foodi without breaking?

Buy pasta sauce, that isn't cooking

Not everyone makes their sauce but if you do, you can use that 🙂. This is quick and easy recipe.. not a traditional spaghetti recipe
