Hey! I’m 21 and just got a job with Rivian, and start in a few weeks. Definitely just apply! I applied to numerous positions, and got a call back the next day. Interviewed a few days later, and got the job! Definitely just be yourself and be confident!

Hi again! I saw a photo taken at the Bellevue Service location showing a ribbon cutting with a few people standing around in front of the building (Wed., 6/23/21). Were you there?? Any new info about what's going on there that you can share. :-) I know Rivian has been very tight lipped about exact dates on things, which is driving many pre-order folks crazy. I hope all of you at Rivian are aware of the frustrations we are experiencing due to the lack of communication...I'm sure you are.
How's training going? I've seen that a service center will be located in Bellevue WA. Is that where you will be working from? Any info I can squeeze out of you about up coming pre-order test drive events? ;-)
Training has been going very well. Super impressed with the training resources that have been provided. Yes, I will be working from Bellevue. I don't have any info to share on pre-order test drive events but your Guide might. Hoping to post a short video with some pictures/footage from Normal, IL soon. Nothing that isn't already public, just checking with legal to make sure I can share. Stay tuned.
Probably depends on your role. As a Senior Field Specialist, I have to be DOT compliant so it’s quite strict for me. That being said, other than a preliminary drug test and physical exam there have been zero drug tests or exams in the 9 months that I’ve worked here. Double check with your recruiter, but so long that you are not operating machinery as part of your job I don’t believe there is any drug testing. Don’t forget to apply with my referral link in the description! Cheers!

Hey Mark, If interest I would recommend connecting with some Rivian employees on LinkedIn and reading some employee reviews on glass door (taking them with a grain of salt of course). I’m very happy with my experience at Rivian. Cheers.

Hi, Rivian's referral system changed and there is no longer a link. Referrals must now be personally entered by a current employee.
