Branch and Johnny are the bodybuilders that got me into bodybuilding when I was 11 years old , I’m 32 now, both humble and down to earth , plus being from Texas I would see their pictures at gyms everywhere

Great show!! Im a Texan, and one of the great things about Texas is Branch. I've always wanted to hit the OG MetroFlex and see where all these amazing competitors came from. Im the same age as these 2 great ambassadors of the sport. Great memories of the lifestyle and how it's changed. Good times for sure.

It's 5:30 AM, I'm on a train listening to Branch on my way to the gym that opens at 6:00, so I can finish by 7:30 and then go to work. I loved how he was talking about his mom and all they went through, but when he told about the cedar trunk that his mom had with all the magazines I started crying, even though the train is full of people, I could't contain it and to be frank I didn't care. Thank you for the story and for being such a gent and an ispiration! God bless you

I've been watching training videos from Branch Warren and Johnnie Jackson since I was a teenager and was immediately hooked by their intense training style.
When I was 20 i had the chance to meet him at the "Top de Colmar" my first Bodybuilding show in France where he was a Guest Posing.
    I was mind blown.
Today i'm 33 and although i have moved away from the Bodybuilding world, i still follow and admire this guy.

Branch Warren is a real man, and father for his family. He is very respectful, and he spoke the truth about the life of bodybuilding, being a man, and what's happening with the future generation of men and younger adults.

9:00 If you want to take your training to a new level, come train in Colorado. When you go compete in any sport at a lower elevation you will be way better conditioned cardio vascularly. The dry heat here will hit different too.

Brian a great guy I went in there at 16 asking Brian about steroids kids at my school were taking and I was thinking about. He told me those are for pussies I’m just a kid train here and I won’t need them. I told him I’m going ask my mom if she’ll buy me membership he also said don’t worry about it kid just stay away from that junk. He asked me if I thought about competing I was probably around 5’6 185 ripped I was still playing soccer I said one day. So he saved me from messing up my hormones at a young age from taking stuff and I trained there for years. Even shot a documentary there for Netflix with Ronnie and Branch. So grew up watching Ronnie Jonnie and Branch train was pretty crazy.
