Branch and Johnny are the bodybuilders that got me into bodybuilding when I was 11 years old , I’m 32 now, both humble and down to earth , plus being from Texas I would see their pictures at gyms everywhere
Great show!! Im a Texan, and one of the great things about Texas is Branch. I've always wanted to hit the OG MetroFlex and see where all these amazing competitors came from. Im the same age as these 2 great ambassadors of the sport. Great memories of the lifestyle and how it's changed. Good times for sure.
It's 5:30 AM, I'm on a train listening to Branch on my way to the gym that opens at 6:00, so I can finish by 7:30 and then go to work. I loved how he was talking about his mom and all they went through, but when he told about the cedar trunk that his mom had with all the magazines I started crying, even though the train is full of people, I could't contain it and to be frank I didn't care. Thank you for the story and for being such a gent and an ispiration! God bless you
I've been watching training videos from Branch Warren and Johnnie Jackson since I was a teenager and was immediately hooked by their intense training style. When I was 20 i had the chance to meet him at the "Top de Colmar" my first Bodybuilding show in France where he was a Guest Posing. I was mind blown. Today i'm 33 and although i have moved away from the Bodybuilding world, i still follow and admire this guy.
Branch Warren is a real man, and father for his family. He is very respectful, and he spoke the truth about the life of bodybuilding, being a man, and what's happening with the future generation of men and younger adults.
Hany, love the podcast. Branch is a legend! For some reason the sound is very low any time I watch your pod cast, In the car or on the computer I got to turn the all the way up and it's still low. Makes it very hard to watch. Hopefully you catch this message and can make some audio adjustments.
Branch is an interesting fellow, ngl I never find anyone intimidating ever, but branch intimidates me a lot lol, I dunno something about him just commands a shit ton of respect
I love watching your podcasts. You always have the best guests and have good content. The only complaint I have is you could make more lol. Keep the great content coming!!
Quality podcast. You can tell Branch was brought up the right way, because of how humble he is and how he speaks about his mother. Really enjoyed that, nice one gents.
9:00 If you want to take your training to a new level, come train in Colorado. When you go compete in any sport at a lower elevation you will be way better conditioned cardio vascularly. The dry heat here will hit different too.
Brian a great guy I went in there at 16 asking Brian about steroids kids at my school were taking and I was thinking about. He told me those are for pussies I’m just a kid train here and I won’t need them. I told him I’m going ask my mom if she’ll buy me membership he also said don’t worry about it kid just stay away from that junk. He asked me if I thought about competing I was probably around 5’6 185 ripped I was still playing soccer I said one day. So he saved me from messing up my hormones at a young age from taking stuff and I trained there for years. Even shot a documentary there for Netflix with Ronnie and Branch. So grew up watching Ronnie Jonnie and Branch train was pretty crazy.
How refreshing to have a REAL man on a podcast speak honestly. Being a man is not bad, being logical is not racist, homophobic, or anything else bad. The FAMILY, complete family is essential. It can lead to greater happiness in life. Kudos. Great show.
When you experience pain, you will always see a direct correlation with growth; one cannot exist without the other. So, the next time you feel pain, remember you are about to undergo incredible growth in your life. God wants us to grow to keep our roots healthy and embrace change.
27:00 man this is f'in true!! i live in london. im 44. i see the entitled, soft, feel-sorry for themsleves, blame the world generation. they literally dont get it. social media and especially since covid has made everyone so entitled, so emotionally unstable. stop thinking abnout life and live it.
Hey Hany, really enjoyed this podcast. Branch is an absolute hero of mine. Would love to see Johnny at some stage if you can wrangle it. Great job thanks mate.
Easy. Jeremy didn't think he needed Hany to keep winning, he tried to beat the master, but Cleary didn't work. Listen to Jeremy now and its one of his biggest regrets
Gyms have changed, now the gyms with the best equipment have kids with tripods and cameras set up everywhere. I train over at Absolute Recomp but find myself back at LifeTime because the cameras alone are just too annoying.
Back in the days, I made them victons. Freaking A,that is a GREAT line.Thank you so much for this great line...goes to the GREAT lines in Bodybuilding like...Yeah Buddy, ain't nothing but a peanut,Hasta La vista baby😎👍💪
Brench isn’t on my top 5 list of the greatest bodybuilders in history but he’s for sure the #1 hardest most dedicated worker in the history of bodybuilding.
Ding, ding! Finally happened! The match up of the century, Hany v Branch 😂😂😂😂😂 Wa this video not too short since I know you two could tell a lot more *cough*
branch and Johnny were the best tag team partners in bodybuilding history I haven't seen any two bodybuilders that were always going beast mode together in the gyms lol i if I really want to turn up before I hit the gym I'll watch my DVD of them going beast mode that to me was my pre-workout lol
I guess one of the reasons Branch loves to eat is that he eats the protein he likes. Jay lived off egg whites and talapia and looked like he hated life back then.
Yes,there was für Greatest generation ...and the last 40 years,Testosteron went down 1 % a year in Western male. Plus all this freaking plastic everwhere and all the Chemicals in the food, water, air and soil. And of course the woke social media .
This was a great interview!!! I have to say that i don't agree with the idea of having another mens category. Dial the mens physique category back to where it originally started and call it a day. The IFBB doesn't need a wellness division either.....makes no sense, but i don't call the shots!
34:43 What there talking about. I wish it could still be like that. 212, and Classic, is cool but There’s NOTHING that beats bodybuilding. I know the sport needed the divisions but i feel people arnt had “Hard core” ig idk im just a 16 y/o but that’s my opinion
Great interview!!! I think Tyler should be careful about the critiques even though i enjoy them. However, many people will continue to complain..... especially if their favorite Bodybuilder doesn't win, or isn't placed higher than they think.

Great guys!

Or 2 Warrens😂
@@bmurphy616 suiiii true 😂
lmaooooo I thought I was two Hanys until I read the name 😂
Branch and Johnnie training videos are pure motivation. Absolute legendary training partners
Branch is always loud in the gym but never on the mic
How is he so quiet in interviews lmao
I think he’s a quiet individual, just brimming with aggression lol
Fake tough when he's lifting like most meatheads
He doesn’t need to say a thing… his work ethic does all the talking for him!
Hany:“I love you man!”
Branch:”No you don’t!”😂🤣😂🤣
😂😂😂

Love Branch, one of the craziest physiques ever. Great interview Hany!
Met Branch at the fit expo in LA 5 years ago - such a nice cool guy. This was a great watch/listen.
Branch Warren is the king of no nonsence and hard work!
Branch & Johnnie Bring the pain - Chest - is the best motivation vid ever!
Best interview yet!!! Branch is an amazingly talented and humble human being who I’ve always admired. So…. Branch for President 2028!!!
Branch Warren - an embodiment of the training hard and heavy, with no excuses age...
Noone out trains branch. So pumped for this episode

Great podcast Hany! Love the stories and flashbacks pre-socialmedia days.
Lots more to come!
What a great interview! It was great seeing and learning another side of Branch! I couldn’t stop 😂
I can smell the Bison brisket, smoked out Texas BBQ from here

Yeah it is pretty low tbh, I have my iPad almost full volume and it’s not loud at all
I have to turn it up, too.. my volume is on max
Couldn’t hear a thing
Branch is a living legend....such a great guy! Loved the entire video. When part two going to be :)

When he spoke about his mum….I was teary boy
Quality podcast. You can tell Branch was brought up the right way, because of how humble he is and how he speaks about his mother.
Really enjoyed that, nice one gents.
Excellent interview and podcast. Really enjoyed listening to the great Branch Warren.
thank you Any for this one! really connected with it and the parenting part
Awesome podcast, great stories. I learned a lot from this thank you guys. 👏 👌.. God bless everyone 🙏
Warm gyms are best to get more vascular and better pumps than cold gyms .
Love hearing Branch Warren’s story and ethos

WISE WORDS
the completing generation..
Why are they whispering?
You’re deaf.
great episode uncle Hany! I love the old stories you guys share

This Was Class, Thank you Branch & Hany..
Would love to see a training vid of branch and Hani . I genuinely believe branch would still be able to go toe to toe with the intensity.
Great podcast Hany!
🙏
Great one man!!! 🎉🎉
LOVED IT😊

Same I was training at AR and left now training at EOS fitness 🔥
100%. That's why I build a small basic gym at home. No way I'd put up with that
I’d rather deal with the dumbasses with the tripods than pay $259 /month for LifeTime where you’re gonna have tripods and cameras anyway

Great stories. Thanks.
When Branch started talking i checked my playback speed & saw it's on 1x.

Wow!! Branch Warren he was such a fkn beast

Hi when Hadi com to US?
“Complaining generation”. Well said.
how many times do we need to hear the same branch interview of how he came up and started. ask some different non softball questions hany
Finally 🙏❤
great podcast bro keep it up
They should make mens physique have 3-4 inch inseam shorts and then a smaller division under that with the full length board shorts.
Good video sir 😊
Nobody today trains like branch does.

Big fan sir❤ I follow you sir❤ keep doing ❤
Call it Men’s Athletic division and I think it would do amazing
Branch drinking JSTWRK Energy
would buy you're supplements if they were ever available in Pakistan
