Thanks for the informative video. For the acrylic panels in the bathrooms, do you find any dust or dirt buildup inside the panels that requires cleaning so far? Currently undecided between panels or box up (which our ID recommended)
You are welcome!! Ahah nothing visible for now. But there is alot of dust inside to begin with and we didn't have time to clean it properly when Humble Studio came. Probably need to do some spring cleaning annually 😀

Hello! 😅To be fair, we already knew what we wanted and prepared a detailed deck before we started meeting and getting quotations from IDs so the key deciding factor was really chemistry and pricing. As it's our first home, we didn't want to go through Contractor route and still leaned on our ID to help co-manage the project.

Is your master bathroom glass sliding door frameless, i.e., you guys hacked away the original bathroom door frame such that the door is installed/hinges on the wall instead of a frame?
Also, any issues thus far for your master bathroom door in terms of its hinges?

Have you guys face any issue with your id? Example he/she delay the 3D draft or during renovation progress . If yes, did you tell he/she off? I feel like telling he/she off but I don't want to affect the relationship.
Hi! Of course...most importantly, the feedback given to the ID must be valid and constructive. We've spoken to so many homeowners and found that 9 in 10 homeowners are unhappy with their IDs 😆

Ahaha very good guess!!! We are still undecided 😄 my parents stay in the block just opposite us and we are happy with the location and unblocked views so far!! 😇
no way bro. I'm in their estate but in the smaller 4-roomers. the LOWEST quote I got after speaking to about 15 - 20 IDs was 50k, and that's before the add-ons and such such that happens along the way. With the ID I chose, we brought the starting price down to 56k to start off, and we're hovering around 80 - 85k currently. All the little 1 - 2k add here add there really adds up quick. And this is before factoring in appliances and furniture. Almost none of my friends who've done full scale projects have their budgets below 70k, unless they've elected to really do half the work themselves.
