The ICC didn't receive allegations against Biden and there is no indictment due to the fact that an arrest warrant for Netanyahu has not been issued. The ICC is still considering the evidence provided and indictments are not issued until after the arrest warrants are issued and the ICC has provided a court date. Way too far in the future to consider indictments as both Netanyahu and President Biden could be dead and buried long before that date arrives.

I would say Trump is worse. Sure, Biden is a genocide-denier and he is doing lots of terrible things (on immigration for example) and if he were to stop doing things without leaving a power gap that would be a very good thing, but Trump is a wannabe dictator that would seize absolute power, execute his political prisoners, and will never step down once he gets in power. At least Biden will be gone after four years. That said, if you want actual change you cannot do it by voting. Set up cooperative networks, join local coops, organize. Oh, and if you're sick of choosing between two options then lobby for election reform on all levels of politics, because that is very much the result of the way power is assigned in your country.

I note that the Israeli, US and UK regimes have all argued against the 'equivalence'. which is totally irrelevant. However if these regimes do wish to highlight the comparisons between Israel and Hamas then Israel's record is massively worse than that of Hamas. Israel have murdered at least 35,000 people so far and are deliberately starving 2.3 million people to death. In comparison Hamas's crimes are infinitesimally small. even if objectionable.

7:23 Things like THIS made me change my mind about the West.
I'm Brazilian, I grew up hearing that the UN and International Institutions was built to protect the world against what happened in the WWII.
But as much I learned, more I realized I was lied to... The most powerful people and countries in the Planet don't give a S*** about UN, ICC, or whatever.
Back then, I remember that at the same time they repeat we are the civilized people, and the others were terrorists, the US and UK and France was doing the most horrible things in the Middle east... and these same Institutions kept silent... This interview with the ICC Prosecutor, made me realize a lot of things.
I think that the International Peace and Cooperation Institutions, created by the West, will be the most damaged with this American and European Hypocrisy.
I'm just a random guy from the third world, but as me, I know there's hundreds of millions of people that lost the sense of belief and credibility in the West and the sentiment that we are "the good people".
In the west, Politicians get confused how so many Young people can agree with Putin about something, specially his Crimes (and there's a lot), but the answer is actually in these double Standards, Hypocrisy, lack of values, dirty politics the West turned into, as young people lost faith in the West... they can put their faith in anything, even in a butcher.
