- For this video I fished in a kayak fishing tournament with the North Alabama Kayak Anglers (NAKA) and had a good day despite a stomach issue. Hope y’all enjoy the day of fishing and the adjustments I recommend after looking back a realizing what I probably should have done.

Beautiful! I'll tell you...Turkey hunting is one of the most sensory stimulating activities that you can be involved in. Kind of like top water bass in shallow water. Thanks for this first person, boots on the ground report. Good to see you out there in the grind with the foot soldiers.

I lost two 14.5"'s the other day, heartbreaker. I line my net up now. It saved me today. I also need to remember to slowdown sooner. I love fishing a bladed jig, but I gotta put it up some times. I wound up smacking them today once I slowed down. We just hit spawn here in MI so I need to remember these lessons

I tried for the first time was a tube. Green pumpkin and orange. The bass about swallowed this thing.
We fished at New melones lake here in California. My son caught 17 in one day.

My local creek is too shallow for yakking, I might have to move to justify buying a RVR! Can you stand in it/how do you like it for small lakes? Too many fine features not to consider it.
You can stand it in for sure, very comfortably. I would look at other options for a primary lake boat but it will do fine if you fish rivers and fish small to medium sized lakes
