Hi, as their sauna eggs, I always steamed them in my instant pot on high pressure on the rack. 😂Have you experience with that method? I was experimenting to make these at home after I encountered them in Korea. Is cooking better?

So, what's the purpose of "sauna cooking" your eggs if the only difference is the color?
It's not like hardboiled eggs. It has a deep roasted, nutty like flavor. Give it a try!
Oh what makes it brown? Can I cook in an ordinary rice cooker?
Yes you can cook it in a rice cooker. If you just have the one button, just press it and give it 30 minutes or so. This should give it time to cook all the way through. Hope this helps!
