I know Netflix binging is so cliche but it’s a guilty pleasure. To be truly peaceful though, I like to get cozy on my couch with a good book and hot chocolate. There is nothing better!
Make tea and watch your videos! Try to substitute the oil for the same amount of the Trader Joe’s pumpkin butter the muffins will taste even better.

@@desiree111 Ohh, wow. I too noticed a difference but didn't know what it was. Never really heard of SPEAKING from the diaphragm. I'm going to look into it 😊
The brush you use, don’t dip it in water as deep, it risks messing up the wood of the brush. Just dip the bristles and some metal.
When you’re stippling in something like the center of that flower, sprinkling a little salt on it can create a neat sort of stippled/mottled look.

In my city there are no parks like go to walking and relaxing and I don' t have any possibility to have a breakfast as you do.

Reading is such a huge part of my life.

My routine varies since my job is outside of my home. Usually when I am at work, I may have lunch outside if the weather permits, or just go phone-free so that I can actually enjoy the meal I put together. On a day off like today however, I might take a bath, listen to something (like an audiobook or podcast), spend time with my boyfriend via Discord and then go about my skin care routine. Thank you for sharing this very relaxing and inspiring video, Ashlynne! :)

Self care for me is the time to knit to crochet a WIP. Enjoy a hot cup of decaf with a spiced pumpkin creamer. I love your method of using a French press for loose teas. For the extra cup and yes the loose herbs. I generally use a special spoon that has a one serving amount and holds the tea leaves in. I recently bought from Ikea a loose tea with cocoa and peppermint. It is very light but so so good. Oh and now with seeing your video will be making Klondike (prepared mixture I purchased at Target recently) this afternoon. Have a lesson plan to begin, chores to get with but love this motivation. Happy drawing.

I make a quick lemonade for myself all the time its so nice. Mmm try adding mint [if u grow any] or a sliced strawberry 😊 u can even use a chopped frozen berry!!
I love this and all your videos. You have such a special way of communicating and filming that makes me always feel so relaxed and in touch with my heart. I wanted to pass on a new baking trick I’ve been using lately that I thought you might appreciate. I’ve switched from using oil to using apple sauce, crushed banana, or this time of the year, pumpkin purée when making baked goods and wow it’s honestly such a game changer. Definitely do what makes you happy but I thought I’d share :)

Thrift shops are such a good place for finding books! I found a 1995 copy of Pride and Prejudice in a charity shop in the UK 10 years ago and it has been my favorite novel ever since.
The Murder of Roger Ackroyd by Agatha Christie is also very very good!
This is such a great video. I needed a break from Election Night news and a way to start winding down for the night, and your video really helps to place me in that mindset. Now to read my book!

I love using my french press for tea as well, and do this every day, but find it impossible to get the tea residue off the plunger portion. Any tips?
What kind of oat milk are you using? The one I got at Trader Joe’s is not frothing for me :(
I almost always use the Oatly brand. Especially for frothing, it works the best!
