It seems like when people move their hands a lot when they talk, it’s because they’re uncomfortable speaking or they do this as a distraction for viewers to not fully focus on what’s being said.
Best way to develop good habits is to redirect your desires to the positive things you want to see in your life.
So Dr. Delony, you are more than qualified & very down to earth plus a psychiatrist is exactly what they needed. But I feel this is a missed opportunity for a female person of color. Dave Ramsey team has plenty of men & 2 amazing ladies but I feel another woman would balance things out.😉

Dave has addressed the issues people have over his personalities. He says he hires based on qualification and he’s looking for the best. He’s not trying to fit a certain demographic. I’m glad that’s how he hires and all the personalities are wise and enjoyable.
Absolutely the best person for the job is always the most important, I'm not disappointed but like I said before I thought that was a missed opportunity. I look forward for Dr. Delony to have his own show & discuss deeply into the human psyche of the need to be spending and how we can improve on saving. Just this morning I heard a conversation about depression / loneliness and the cause of hoarding. 😱
@Christina Pearson I totally understand and maybe the proximity principle applied in this case but like I said "it seems like a missed opportunity". I'm so looking forward to what Dr. Delony has to bring to the table & maybe his own show to discuss the emotional baggage that comes with debt and so on.
