Prius man had all that time to actually change his route, turn around, get out of his car, cross two lanes of busy road, have a talk with you, cross the road again, get back into his car and then make a difficult right turn. And yet he originally wanted to save time by attempting that wrong side manoeuvre in the first place! Oh and he also got it totally wrong about what you can't do regarding your video.
Straight rational thinking is not for everybody. Priusboy showed it.
Not to mention blocking traffic to get out to talk.
That clown was driving with inappropriate footwear. Illegal!!
And apparently doesn't have time for a bath.
So maybe if we let him cut the corner he wouldn't smell 👃🐕💩
That's probably what his poor wife was shouting ( I don't want to wear this face mask all week, let him get home for a wash ). I can not be 100% sure as it was a bit mumbled 🤷

It's so odd that the HGV driver wanted to pass the wrong side of the pedestrian refuge when there was no vehicle waiting at the junction and, as it transpired, had no problem negotiating the turn once challenged by you. Just baffling
Some people get so used to driving on the wrong side of the road, they must do it almost automatically. No idea why the police don't do more to stop it.

Whilst i agree with your videos . This junction has got to be a candidate for a Yellow box junction , to stop other drivers blocking the junction , making it easier for others to turn right out of it , and obviously more importantly save lives . Stay safe fella ....

Edit: and I've just noticed that they have their child, who does not at all look old enough to be in the front seat, in the front seat-- nice time to be risking getting into a front on collision when the airbag will go into your child's face
Is there a minimum legal age for a child to not be allowed in the front seat?
The Motor Vehicles (Wearing of Seat Belts by Children in Front Seats) Regulations 1993 as amended would suggest not.

Not at all approving of any of those wrong side drivers but it would help the traffic flow if all those cars waiting on the main road would actually leave that junction clear whilst stuck in traffic that isn't going anywhere. Given that main road traffic from right to left will frequently stop there due to the light up ahead, perhaps having that junction marked with worded Keep Clear or fully converted to a yellow box junction is in order, though that might conflict with those zig zag lines. Still doesn't excuse any of the behavior seen here, by both the wrong side drivers as well as main road blockers.
Yet the only person getting abuse is a cyclist....
I totally agree with you. Yellow boxes should be put anywhere that blocking causes congestion, such as junctions, roundabouts etc. Very often you can't get across a roundabout because idiots have stopped across the entry or exit causing unnecessary hold-up and pollution.

Dump truck drivers have always been the bottom of the barrel in the lorry driving business, most of them drive like complete clowns and got their license in a box of Rice Crispies.

I'm pretty sure that although this is not a crime itself (well maybe :P ), it does breach the Highway Code and could be classed as driving without due care and attention. After a quick Google Rule 97 states "you must have footwear and clothing which does not prevent you using the controls in the correct manner"....

That is my fear too. Someone will get out of their vehicle and attack him. There are 2 things that drivers both male and female will react to, accused of bad driving and useless in bed.
My first reaction to this was, how trivial and then I saw the arrogant reaction of entitlement from the offending motorist, now I'm hooked and totally enjoy tuning in. 😊

Most of the drivers you caught were tempted because of the inconsiderate drivers blocking the end of the road stopping the right turning traffic from emerging. Not an excuse for their bad driving but its an example of how we all need to be considerate to others on the road.
There's no yellow box junction, so they're not required to keep the junction clear. There should be one, but there isn't. So those drivers, although they lack awareness, they're not "inconsiderate".

Emergency vehicles have exemptions, such as contravening keep left bollards, speed limits, Traffic lights etc. Of course Mikey knows this.
The truck literally had no one to wait for at the junction... If they banned all these bad drivers, would not have to worry about congestion.

Putting himself in a position where he needed to reverse an HGV near a school at that time of day is super sketchy. Prius man was on another level though, he wound himself up so much by the end that I'm amazed he didn't crash making that right turn.

Then there's the Prius guy, who, like someone said below, aimed to do the same thing, got corrected and then thought to waste time debating it with you, when he could have gone on his way he was so hurriedly aiming to do in the first place. Yet, he then parks the car across Avenue Road to then debate it with you further, throwing up the phone camera like he's got you to rights!!! He's got proof of you.....for what?!? The lady is speaking with a Scottish accent. I would say she was from Glasgow. She is saying that if she sees the car on You Tube she will exercise her rights under the data protection act. She later shouts that there are laws against that. She then shouts out the window that it is against the law to put videos of people on the internet and that is against the data protection act.

Send the details of the lorry drivers vehicle to the DVLA Traffic Commissioner, HGV driving licence is a vocational licence and the Traffic Commissioner can put a suspension on that privilege for poor driving

If you search MOT history of a car, you can input the various number plates of that first car which got away and see which one comes back with a match.

I still don't get why they dont put yellow X across the road so people don't stop in the gap during traffic. At least then cars can turn or cross (most of the time) without the need to go on oncoming path.

yes and no. The thing is, people should not block crossings ever. It's just that they are all fucking number (except, some rare occasion due to miscalculation). The more yellow crossings we have, the more people think it's OK to block non-yellow ones. I think we don't need yellow crossings, just cops giving out fines, this would quickly remind people to drive by the rules. Just a few fines there and there, friends tell friends of friends and it stops.

They didn't actually park as any normal person would. It looked like he just stopped in the middle of the road, held up all the traffic behind him, flip flopped across to Mikey, showed him his phone, flip flopped back to his car, told his passenger to mouth off a load of gibberish and drive off. I'm sick to death of people from a foreign country coming to the UK and telling natives the law, because they get it wrong so many times, especially public photography laws,.. I get it all the time doing what I do, nice video congrats on staying calm I don't think I could of new sub from me...
The "natives" are exactly as ignorant as the foreigners, you can see it for yourself in so many audit videos. Incidentally the guy filming this video is from the Netherlands.
