A interpretação do Largo al Factotum que mais gosto de assistir. Uma leveza que vai de acordo, sem o peso de um barítono verdiano (que é ótimo para óperas do Verdi). 🙂
Not only a great baritone interpreter after his father Louis, but easy on the eyes as well. (Well, O,K so was I in 1988, but you know, things are not the same 27 years later.)
I saw him sing Valentin in Faust at the Met in the 80's. He sounded much better than he does here. Despite being a lyric Baritone, it sounded decently big live.
I bought the DVD : www.amazon.fr/Barbiere-Siviglia-Cecilia-Bartoli/dp/B00005AWGW/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1521843985&sr=8-4&keywords=barbiere+di+siviglia
This must be the most playful variant of this gorgeous aria. Gino Quilico is the best!
This man knows his business quite well.
Opera italiana!! Gino Quilico BRAVO BRAVISSIMO PER VERITA'

Love this version
Gino Quilico bravissimo!!!!
En una palabra: portentoso.
He's great...so handsome
What an entrance!
Outstanding !
bravo !!!
KING!!!
Bravíssimo!
Grandissimo
It dosen't appear to be a hell of a big voice, but none the less a very pleasant one.
And he certainly looks and acts the part.
It's because he's a tenor singing baritone.

tutti mi chiedono, tutti mi vogliono !
Tom & Jerry brought me here.
Ahimè, che furia!
Ahimè, che folla!
Uno alla volta, per carità!
Ehi, Figaro! Son qua.
Figaro qua, Figaro là,
Figaro su, Figaro giù.
Sherrill Milnes is the best baritone to ever have sung this song, Gino runs him right to the wire.
I love this aria! It always brings a smile to my face. However, I still prefer Dmitri Hvorostovsky singing it.
can someone tell me where i can see this performance with english subtitles?
