I love how you turned happy accidents into a full dress redesign. You show how to turn things around and into something truly lovely. I am wanting to try something similar as I have 14 nieces and I like creating art in sets based on parentage. thank you for giving me another something to try.
Very lovely ladies you created on paper! The one with the golden shimmering dress I liked very much before you used papercollage. Later the dress lost some of the enchanting lightness. The progress was very interesting. ❤ Thank you for sharing. I love the black fineliner you used for outlining the faces.
Thank you! I did love the gold and then I over did it and felt the need to change it. I will be doing more of these and including shimmering gold dresses! ❤️❤️❤️
I wished this video would never end! It was like being inside a masterpiece! So touching! The eyes are bright and the heart is wide open! I cannot thank you enough for your generosity and genuineness. You have truly made my life move forward! Wishing you all happiness and success in 2025! HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🎇🎇🎇
Your approach reminds me of improv. Our teachers always emphasized the idea that doing the practice itself was being “good” at it. Having that mindset makes you enjoy the process. It gives you confidence, and you can actually feel yourself improving. I’m new to visual art, but your channel has been my favorite. I love your style, thanks for the great videos!
Seriously, you INSPIRE me every time! I love this painting! Now I know I must try it, too. I'll use whatever colors I have on hand. BTW, if you ever decide to sell some of your original art, especially the "messy ones" (in your opinion, not mine) I know there will be collectors waiting in line. But in the meantime I hope you consider making this is a digital download. The textures and vivid/opaque colors are awesome!
I always love these ladies in their fancy gowns and hair. They look like illustrations for a slightly updated Jane Austen or Edith Wharton novel. I'm curious about why you thought you messed up the gold dress and changed it. I quite liked the huge puffy sleeves and thought they had a light and airy look that reminded me of ballet costumes.
When I look back I see that I also prefer the gold but I still love the outcome. I think when I am in the moment drawing and painting I see things differently - it is interesting to be able to go back and watch my video and think well, I liked that gold dress!! Why did I paint over it? I will do more gold dresses! ❤️
@@KristaIreneArt I studied ARCHITECTURE, and we call it "language"!!! INUIT!!!You seem to just make videos of your "scribbles", and they are not here nor there, like, no significance!!!
@TheresaREAberilla I watch and learn from @KristalIreneArt because her message is "be free to create and make your own art that is true to you". Her willingness to let go and make art that her heart feels, especially if she knows she needs more practice, is her gift and message. How her language translates, to me, is "to have fun, be free to create without letting others judgements impact or stop me". That is significant to an artist!!! Her language is truly Inuit; original, willing to travel (color) outside the lines or borders, learn or practice something new, and stay true to her self. She invites all artists, of all levels, to create. "What we call chaos is just patterns we haven’t recognized. What we call random is just patterns we can’t decipher" ~ Chuck Palahniuk
@TheresaREAberilla I believe her message, her art, her videos do have significance. Her message in each piece of art is "be free, create what you feel, practice what you love, improve." Her message invites all artists, of any level, to create and learn, practice along with her. The final result is joy. Love for the art one makes. Her Inuit is to stay true to oneself: feel free to travel and color outside the lines, learn something new, explore, share. Her willingness to share and allow other artists to grow along with her is a gift. That ,to me, is @KristalIreneArt's significance.

yep giving this and a couple of your other beginners faces' drawing a try too, but need to find the time 🤦♀
Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️ Let me know how it goes!
I loved the gold dress and the puffy sleeves! What wasn’t working with that? Did I miss something?
I felt like the proportions were off so I re-did it. Most people liked the gold dress better! Ooops!! ❤️
Dont understand the news print.

Looking at it; it's like: " Where is your language???!!!"
I am not sure I understand.
@@KristaIreneArt In ART, there is a "language" in every endeavour you make, and with yours, I can't identify it!haha

Like, You sure know you can't make a designer or manufacturer be impressed at your works, then, WHY STILL DO IT???
