Very nice! I got it when I tried stealthing it alone for the first time. They spawned on the wall you point at the end of the video and over the table.
I just tried getting this achievement in Stealth a few times and the C4 wouldn't spawn, I then tried going Loud for a change and when I reached the basement, the C4 was there. I remember it spawning every now and again during Loud heists while playing with other people so I recommend doing it Loud (and Solo) for anyone interested as that seemed to work for me.

+Magnus Aglen It is RNG based. Meaning it's completely random. Bain usually mentions if there's a C4 trap by saying "They rigged the whole basement" or "They boobytrapped the whole place". You just have to retry.
