Hey Sapta, this is very honest video i have come across. This actually helped me out to figure out, to check their app as well and realised how important is that to see each and every details of the company we are applying. Looking to more videos like this!
Hey Sapta ! a very newbie designer here ! This was an amazing video, loved it ! As I know really less about how to sort through companies to get an internship, this was a very informative video, so thanks for that ! Would love to see more videos like these, and it would be amazing if you review companies we shouldn't apply to and what are indicators of such companies. keep up the great work, love your through content :D looking forward to more of it
oh captain my captain, this video is so good. I mean I am still learning UX Designing right now and gonna apply some day but this is a good reference point video to apply or how to apply for an entry level/intership and get us a thorough dos and don'ts. Thank you. Please upload more videos like these. Cheers
I applied on LinkedIn and through cold emails and got reply. In which they assigned me a task, i delivered but they say they are not going with me۔ i don't know where I go wrong 😢 As per me i created UI very well but dont know the reason of rejection۔ can you please identify what could be the reason ؟
I applied for a lollipop studio and got a task for UI/UX Designer in a task they said you need to create a logo and justified the logo then I asked the recruiter I'm not a logo/graphic designer and she said you have 3 years of experience and you don't know how to create a logo
✨ Hey Sapta, this video is too good and no doubt in that. But, I personally feel that, if you upload a video regarding: In what are all the ways we can effectively make use of the resources to apply, show our interest, grab the recruiter's attention for a Product Designer job that we want to apply for. For eg: Make a video about how to write cold emails, sending personalized connection request, writing a good cover letter, etc. by researching well about the company like in this video. I feel like this is the one which is more needed. Because, even though we research about a company more before we apply, the company doesn't know what research and efforts we put before applying for that company. They just know that, Ok this candidate applied for our job opening, that's it. And as per your video, the research part is too good... But at the end we're just applying using LI easy apply which is very generous. I personally feel that, we need a video about how to approach a company for the Product Designer role in all the unique ways which should grab the HR's attention and through that we should get shortlisted for interviews. How about this video Sapta❓ And also please reply to this comment about your thoughts on this feedback, so that I can know that you're noticing my feedback. 💯 (Note:- This is just a suggestion which hit my mind soon after completing watching this video)
as a fresher I'm unable to find job and I also done ui/ux course and graduated and having portfolio in behance I applied many jobs in 0 experience and fresher but not got any mail
Hello Sapta, your background and video setup looks amazing. It actually matches with the store design of Zudio. Can you share where you bought the dark grey sofa from? Thankyou
I totally agree, I don't understand the years of experience part because I'm an industry professional with 4 years of experience in design, just not in UX, but companies don't want to shortlist or interview even only based on the numbers 😅
Saptha bro, Thanks bro God bless ya for this I did a bootcamp before 6 months, they did a wonderful job and I'm confident about what I learnt about UX but I got overwhelmed by my UI skills so I didn't apply for any jobs because I wasn't capable enough to apply 😢 Understood the right way to use LinkedIn through you although previously I used it only to have contact with my colleagues from previous companies but didn't know how to use LinkedIn to get in touch with people to get to know about the vacancy and how to analyse a vacancy for a job because when I see 10,000 applicants I be like "seriously 🤷" but your analysis makes proper sense that it means the history of applicants applying for the job God bless ya bro. ❤
Actually I realised reviewing something will also be an important thing in improving your personal brand apart from just showcasing what you delivered or what you worked on. 😂 Manoja here. Thank you so much for indirect message Sapta! 😅
Hey Sapta! this video was super super useful for me *Literally not exaggerating* haha. Although I had a question though which I thought you might just cover up in this video. So the question is, currently in India there's a lot of challenges which are faced by people like me who are looking for a job opportunity which includes Not getting a call back/reply from the job posters. I personally feel very exhausted after doing research on many companies and finally applying to it, an they do not every respond back. It would be VERY VERY VERY useful for many of us guys if you clear this doubt for us or make a video about it. Thank you!
Well, there is no direct solution to this. Its about response. e.g. What could or any one else do I had not replied to this comment of yours? -- Its kind of, in that territory. But I do plan to make a video not exactly around this, but something similar maybe.
Hi Sapta, thanks for the great video, when you apply for UI/UX Designer or Product Designer role should the job description or the keywords should be similar to your resume keywords, sometimes the resume goes through an ATS system and the system will reject your resume because job description keywords are not matching with your resume, does thing matter, or does it not can you share your insights. Thank you:)
@@NoorAlam-kv7sv Could you please help me out how to reach out to the workshops of Sapta? I am also looking for internships these days as I am not able to get the job.

In my job hunt, I've found that the companies either want an intern or 2 years of experience 🥲
What will be the salary for interns?
I saw one looking for an intern with three year experience 💀

Dont know about live sessions as such. But I will make more videos on this format if people like it :)

done this much research for many companies and not get any feedback from any of the company.
Bachelor Degree in Design requirement is pretty much common in every UX job requirement. I guess it's template.
Also, prettty much every company still ask for a doc resume
Most of them are either have a design degree or two muche xperience
