I started his meditations this summer. It helped me feel better physically and mentally when nothing else worked. I’ve done other meditation but his version of self hypnosis was actually helping me. I was inspired to immerse myself in a retreat. I attended Orlando in Oct (is that the one you were at?) I had an overall positive experience- so many cool people, powerful loving vibes, my digestion was working SO well, I felt deeply nourished by the food, I had an old friend reach out to reconnect, etc. I also found certain aspects of the event didn’t fit my beliefs (I also trained in many energy things like you). I felt worn down by following long lectures AND meditating. I needed more rest and sometimes the room was WAY too cold; the discomfort wasn’t gonna push me closer to bliss like he implied it would. I grounded myself, something he doesn’t talk about at all. But I think it’s key! I prayed to Jesus and asked his protection. I felt the same about the breath hahaha. I didn’t feel my time for the rising was in that setting either! But I also know for some people they had a breakthrough by his encouragement. So I have mixed feelings if he’s pushing people off a good cliff or a bad one. I noticed he makes fun of other energy practices indirectly. And he has strong negative beliefs about pharmaceuticals that borders on fear mongering. I think you’re right to notice what you did! I believe he sincerely wants healing for everyone. He misses the mark in some ways. His healing came from visualizing his spine and placing his attention there with positive emotion. This practice alone I believe is the main act, and that’s why I mostly do the BOTEC. You gotta be you and take the parts that work and set the rest down!!! I still do his meditations and in the safety of my home adding more breath. I’ve started doing the gateway experience ones too. I respond very well to trance work. I think the biggest lesson for me is that i can take a part of someone’s teachings without agreeing with all of their teachings or their approach. I am grateful for your share. I relate a lot ❤ I have shifted and been healing even more since I got home. The trip I was visualizing came together in a most perfect way. I am really grateful even if it was a mixed bag!
This is a weird review. Joe Dizpenza helps so many people heel their physical bodies and manifest almost impossible. I was able to heal my injuries and pain that lasted 1 year after spine surgery thanks to Joe Dispenza’s techniques. Although not all techniques are for everyone. It feels like a victim mode to blame the retreat for messing up your shamanism practice.
Love this makes me sooo happy to hear! Congratulations on healing your injuries - the body is so miraculous. I don't feel like a victim, it actually felt really important to share my experience as like you said everyone will have something different happen to them. I don't denounce the power it had for you as I wont denounce that it was confusing and unsupportive for my spiritual evolution. much love!
I believe each individual has to take responsibility for their own experience. Dr. Joe simply, yet scientifically offers methods for each one to use to achieve coherence with mind & heart / thoughts & emotions. You could have interpreted the "red lights" you saw during meditation as the red light associated with the base Chakra, yet your thoughts chose "fearful, satanic" imagery causing you to leave your Dispenza experience. All light. After all. Is simply expressing a vibratory range of motion. If your ultimate response is to rejoin your initial spiritual path, so be it. Every "trigger" brings a "gift". ❤
Dr. Joe Dispenza says to people Dont make it about me, its not about me. He just helps people to understand the formula so they become their own healer or they tune into it. Its like he is also inspired by people who understand different techniques or find a way that works. You learn to stop analyzing things, so you become more energy less mater. therefore he teaches people to stop put labels on things, so its easier to understand it. If you used to put "labels" on things, then its harder to overcome yourself, and feel free and be more yourself. For example if someone would put a label...on this video and started analyzing every little details of the video the video would become less enjoyable, because too much analyzis decreases the energy of your body. happiness is energy, and the more you analyze the less energy you feel. For example if you anlyze, Should I do some sport today or tomorrow... ? If you analyze the thought for one minute its ok. but if you are analyzing the same thought for an hour, it decreses your energy and motivation.
@@GraceCrysdale The people screem, or can laugh, because the energy is so big, that the body and nervous system tries to handle the level of the energy....Maybe they let gpo of the control, it craetes the awakening of the pineal gland. So you easily get in topuch with your higher self, and believe in yourself more. In some older video from some retreat Dr. Joe explained his experience. But some people preffer slow manifestation, that they read some book once in a while, then they let it be, andjust absorb the information. and aply the technique slowly, it may tak emonths, years, so they become more loving calm emphatic less triggered, less judgmental. setting boundaries with calm attitude etc. Some people preffer slow version of transformation and healling, which is good, because it works better for some people.
Thankyou for the review. You have to remember most of the people drawn to these events are more left brained people, doctors, scientists, engineers. Some of the people have incurable diseases, cancers, disability. For some of these people these events are their last chance for relief or cures. Some of these people may have been agnostics without religious beliefs. I think the reason Joe gets so intense is he honestly wants to help them and he wants them to have results and change their lives. He wants them to have a powerful experience. The people may be new to all of this consciousness stuff. It sounds like you were already a deeply spiritual person whom had already had mystical, powerful experiences. You probably have a deep respect and reverence towards what you’ve already experienced. I can understand why you felt taken back and uncomfortable with the experience. I think Dr Joe comes from a very honest trustworthy place, it is definitely not a cult, it’s the opposite. I think he just wants to spread the knowledge that we are more than our physical bodies and what we think and how we feel can change our lives. I think you already knew this but you want it in a more organic respectful humble way. It’s a great review in that these retreats are not for everyone. It’s probably for more science based right brained people who want the science to help them understand what is happening physiologically.
I disagree. Speaking with quite a few people at the 2 retreats I attended, none of them were educated in any of the sciences. Most people at the retreat had a difficult time to understand the concepts and Joe preys this. I have an MSc Chemistry. I can tell you Joe uses 3 DISCREDITED 'studies' in his books. He knows the limitations of his audience and he's making millions from them.
I agree with most of what you say here, but it IS a cult if not warned that this may not be for all. This is definitely not for me, I know right off, but I have engaged with many of his followers and they insist otherwise.
So many people commenting how egoic I am while leaving unthoughtful, and obviously maiming comments with the hopes to disempower me. We’re all allowed to have different experience with Joe Dispenza. Practice commenting only if it serves a constructive conversation. 🌱🌸 Much love to you!
I commend you for having the courage to go against the grain and post this review. However you have disempowered yourself and your spiritual practice within the first 3 minutes. This is clearly ALL JUST A PART OF YOUR JOURNEY. First off it is impossible to be disconnected and being the spiritual path ultimately leads to that experience. Nothing can take you away from your spiritual path. It doesn’t have that power unless you allow it. You are being triggered which is a huge clue that this is part of your personal journey and has nothing to do with Joe’s meditations. Notice your thoughts and judgements- those are egoic and it’s ok, but one day they will reveal themselves to you as such.
Your intuitive awareness is your guide in 'truth'. Well-done for speaking up. The Kundalini is the divine feminine....the breath will simply open your body. Kundalini may rise breifly, she will lower again to the centres that are still in tendancies. Only cultivating the virtues will bring the divine mother up to meet Brahman. This is Spiritual evolution.....and impossible to force with a technique. Your lightbody knows exactly how to evolve, it is a divine design. Just sit, Gods first language is Silence. Your earnestness to meet your higher self will open the door.
@VEDA_8 I agree with your perspective strongly. I started having kundalini light body activation every year for several years now and it's a deep numbness in my lower back and stiff neck along with deep emotional releases and cleansing. No way can I produce nor would I want to. It's a joy after but not during. 🙏💜🌸
You are not alone. I'm uncovering my own realizations after dedicating myself to him for over a year. There has been great beauty, but there is something happening. You are not alone in feeling these things.
I know you say your intention isn’t to put Joe in a bad light but also, this video does that at the same time. I’ve studied all sorts of spiritual-leaning and scientific-leaning perspectives and theories over the years and everything you claimed as demonic is actually entirely, naturally supportive of having an incredible spiritual experience on the science and spiritual levels. I’ve attended many shamanic breathwork journeys (way before I ever knew of Joe) over the past 6 years that use similar techniques, of which can lead people (and myself) to scream, cry loudly, moan, etc. to release deep-seeded traumas and stored emotions from the body. It is our very primal energetic release process which we are conditioned to fear, shame, and judge in our modern world. The true path of shamanism is understanding and honoring these natural deep releases and also, more importantly, learning what environments we need personally so that we can transmute the pain and suffering from our life in a uniquely supportive way to our self, which is the point of these types of retreats. It isn’t about losing power to something else, but to release the control within yourself, which can often release in ways that our ego was conditioned to believe is crazy or scary or even demonic or wrong in some way. Like other commenters mentioned, I agree that this just wasn’t a supportive practice for you for where you’re at in your journey. It does seem to have triggered your own ego projections (immediately fearing the color red for example, when red is related to the root, to safety, etc.; it also has a ton of scientific background for supporting sleep, relaxation, meditation, and achieving certain brainwave levels for this type of work) but it seems like your ego projected it was demonic bc your ego didn’t want to surrender to the experience (which is fine bc this wasn’t the right space for you to feel safe enough for it) but your ego potentially used whatever idea it could to convince you it wasn’t safe and now you’re projecting that fear in an unsupportive way for the collective, in my opinion. Like you said in the video, there is a right time and place, and clearly this was not it for you (which isn’t a bad thing but important to be self-aware and self-responsible of bc it was you who made that decision, meaning, you didn’t know yourself well enough before it happened to make the right decision for yourself or to get up and leave when you knew it wasn’t right for you). This experience offered you the lesson of your own limitations (what and how you prefer to experience things) and discernment so that you can be aware of what you choose into futuristically instead of “following the crowd” like you’re afraid others will do, but actually seems to be a reflection of your own spiritual lessons and relating fears. I don’t mean any of this with judgment. I understand wanting others to be cautious but honestly, I feel some frustration with videos like this where you’re swaying people away from whatever type of deep healing work with fear, just because your fear came over you in the experience (which also could be the reason for why your spiritual practices changed at home afterwards. Due to a lack of self respect during the experience and therefore a lack of self trust as a result). I think there are a lot of ways to reflect and share from these experiences and yours does feel like a lot of ego projections at Joe’s expense. His type of work, just like all other’s who hold the same role as he does in a different way, is never going to work for everyone. But we can use that experience to better understand ourselves no matter which way the experience goes, instead of using the experience to express your fears and sway people away from his work because of it. You say it wasn’t your intention, but this whole video claims to the audience that “Joe is great but his work is demonic and unsafe for all.” I do believe that he could have offered more information beforehand to prep people on all the little things that you mentioned in the details, such as the lighting, how the experience may go, and how to honor other’s process while feeling safe and supported in your own. But honestly I wasn’t a part of this experience so idk if he did offer it and you just didn’t have access to the information in time to prepare yourself and make the right decision for you or what. When a person is swept up in following the crowd, it is easy to ignore or even miss the information that could help us make a more educated decision. And also Joe is human too, and based on his work and his passions, I’m sure he is more than willing to make his work better for the individual experiencing it in whatever way he can, especially if he knew it affected them poorly in some way. It feels like it would have been more productive and healing to share your experience with his team to actually create a positive impact that could help everyone. And then, if called, share a video on how we can make better decisions for our self via self-awareness and true discernment. Or how to overcome the pattern of following the crowd. Because people should know what they are getting into, including having the essential information before a process like this, so sharing your story can definitely help some people (but also a lot of us who are energetically pulled to his work have already gone deep in learning all there is to know about it and would be ecstatic that someone created such a specific healing opportunity). And also, Joe may very possibly lean more towards the science side where he needs more help and feedback in broadening the experience to make it feel energetically/spiritually safer and better for those of us who are extremely sensitive. Especially because when a person’s power and influence grows so quickly, like his, it can be difficult to keep track of or even know everything you have to consider. Sorry this is so long but it feels important to voice this perspective. I appreciate you voicing your experience, though I also feel as though the video isn’t serving the intention you claimed in the video. It does feel like a demonization rather than a conversation towards change and healing.
Hi beautiful, wow I so so deeply appreciate your profound wisdom here. I certainly don’t want to put the wrong impression on anyone about the retreat… I know the way I speak in this video may seem harsh or silly and not educational entirely. And many in the comments are proclaiming Im in my ego, which of course putting myself out there within this conversation I must be willing to witness. - the intentions behind this is to share the heavier truths of MY experience at the retreat and certainly not to dictate the singular truth of his retreats and person as a whole. Like you said spirituality is incredible unique and so my experience won’t be entirely like someone else’s nor be supportive for everyone. But like I shared in the beginning of the video there are few other videos / reviews about the harsher components at play in these week long events. And like you said I can’t speak for others so that’s all my UA-cam page can be about is my personal opinions and shares. I do so deeply agree I could have gone into a lot more detail but I do have 2 other videos about my experience at the retreat that I would absolutely encourage you to watch if you want more information on structure - they’re more detail oriented around the meditations and such. My biggest concern with teachers or gurus like Joe who blow up is that they lose concernment for what they are teaching - I had spoke to another woman at the retreat while I was there that felt anxious because of his prominent male energy being so forceful about the breath and prominently disciplined nature of the retreat. And I know that’s a heavy word to use but it did feel forceful. And certainly this retreat is for die hards - who want to transcend and heal crazy health conditions. But there are other (especially females) who have tender hearts and nervous systems to care for and the lights, booming male voice and screaming, and screaming of 10’s of people WAS traumatic for me. As a practicing energy healer I’ve worked to open my third eye and I’ve seen really heavy scenes, past lives and torturous events that are filled with similar props. The scene and vibe was panickingly similar to satanic imagery - it’s not for me to say if he is or isn’t. I trust his intentions - but this is the other problem with gurus who “blow up”… they need to be SOOO intentional with their conducting of space holding. I’ve taken somatic release courses that talk on screaming and yelling as release - so I understand and am thankful for your point in facilitating trauma release! And I know that for others this is fine to hear during meditation. I feel for myself however that it needs to be spoken about - my mother at the same retreat literally conducted an exorcism for another woman during our healers meditation and she wasn’t prepped for it at all nor catered to afterwards and it was traumatic for her. I think as you said they’ve grown too quickly and they need more team members, and potentially teachers / coaches holding space for the work they’re conducting. It requires more initiation, more emotional preparation, more softness and more personal reflection. I will reflect on sharing this with his team as you have suggested. I do wanna say I took the time to read your whole comment and I’m immensely grateful for your productive feedback. I hear you and I will always do my best to heal deeper and work on my ego. It was my deepest hearts desire to always do what is right and I know I don’t always do perfect. My only desire is to share my experience and support others in either feeling heard if they have not yet OR hearing a new perspective. Much love to you.
I completely agree, they are soft destruction of the doctor, they are projecting their fears on the doctor, and I feel that they are more upset about the money that Dr. Joe is paying.
I definitely feel with you as I'm worked on my self for many years on traumatic release from childhood but also from ancestral trauma release true that experience I discovered my own purpes of helping and encouraging people ,with that I just want to put out my appreciation of your personal shared experience with Joe, blessing on your way 🫂 🙏@@GraceCrysdale
Indeed people absolutely need to be warned. THIS MAY NOT BE FOR EVERYONE. Sign up if you think this may help, but obviously it can be harmful for some not fully anticipating what to expect. It seems this kind of retreat may be great for many of those seeking a last resort, but for many of us already on a more or less positive spiritual path, a caveat.
6:59 I listened to your opinion of Joe's retreat. I myself have never been to any retreat. I do listen to many different spiritual teachings. I believe we're all on our own journey. Each will experience something different from someone else. I do believe that we're here for the soul which is individually different to learn the desire of the soul. We are here to have these different journey's and experiences to learn which all goes to the collective as one big learning experience because we are all different so we learn different for a greater understanding of the whole. I hope that makes sense.
Thank you for your perspective! We may have different experiences with progression spiritually - I feel like I was a stunted from the retreat personally. But it sounds like it’s empowering for you, I honour our different experiences.
@GraceCrysdale yes, sorry i didn't mean to sound so matter of fact. But i also felt less empowered once entering the void. It's horrible. I felt abandoned and that's common apparently. The empowering part comes later. I'm not out yet but it's changed drastically from the first 6 months into the second 6 months of it. Anywho, best of luck, you'll be fine. If i can offer a reminder, it would be to let go and trust
@Girlseesdragonsmaybe some context would help. Honestly i found out by accident and then did a tonne of research, which all aligned to what is going on with me
You seem refreshingly grounded for someone who is into "crystally" stuff. I appreciate your honest impression on the pluses and minuses of a Joe Dispenza retreat from your own experience.
@@seanmclaren8829 funny, if your speaking about me as "crystally" I'm definitely very normal. I have to business, a petsitting/ training business. Plus I have my own manicurist business. So yes I do have crystals in my house. Most of them were given to me by others. I don't know if they have a purpose or not. Just think they are pretty. 😊😊
i did the breath that your talking about other spiritual practices use this breath theres nothing demonic about it your ego is going to do everything it can to prevent surrender this is a surrender that you would of got some benefit from if you just let go and surrendered in the moment. I didnt scream when i did it but i was crying profusely and loud. Theres tours that go around the country with just this breath and nothing more and just do this for a couple hours for purging of emotional stuff that you unlock once you get past the analytical mind
I completely agree with you, her ego really comes through. People that have experienced beautiful gifts and are gifted can develop the biggest "spiritual ego" and it's so disguised, I've seen it from so many ungrounded "spiritual" people, I love an hour from Sedona there's so many of them there that it's so disheartening to see gifts really give people this sense of grandeur. If your connection to God is divine, grounded, experienced out of oneness, nothing you do will put that at risk through a kundalini awakening. Also people go to a Dispenza retreat for this purpose. If you aren't ready for it it won't happen, sounds to me like her ego wasn't allowing her and she was totally not ready for it.
@@ariy1536Agreed. the ego is so tricky it has endless ways of tricking you out of anything that would dissolve it and allow you to be free. on mushrooms i got a download on how tricky the ego is and its mind blowing how smart it can be to trap you. your right theres alot of spiritually egoic people that think they are on the right path but really they are stuck in a snare to keep them from truly doing whats necessary to achieve liberation.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience here, Grace. This is very important for many of us to be aware of. As much as I do love what Joe teaches, often wonder about how the retreats have affected certain highly sensitive people like yourself (and I, too, am one of those with HS). Even though I learn from others all the time, I follow my own spiritual path. I don’t do well in a guided meditation setting as my mind veers off into its own direction….lol.
I also want to add, those who aren't a sensitive, or finely tuned would resonate with him. His stuff kind of reminds me of the EST movement which I never participated in but had friends who did. People eventually did s say that it messed them up. Those of you who are bashing this content are obviously in a different place then some of us. Stay in your own lane. If your happy with the results that Dispenza provides, don't go after others who are not in the same league or space. Respect others space they are in.
I had a bad feeling about him. Whenever I clicked on his video, within seconds I closed it. I don't know what it is about him. Something seems not authenic from a place of true spirituality. When I heard this it was confirmation. I've learned to listen to myself after years of being confused about what I was feeling and no else had the same reaction as I was. I'm an HSP, INFJ among othet things. My inner guidance system has always been my protection. Thank u for sharing this.
Same with me as well. I was wondering what all the excitement was about him, but I watched a few videos, made comments, and read comments. Many of his followers are madmen lol. 🤍
I can really relate to this. I think some of us who are HSP need to tune into our individual practice without distractions of too many other people. I can't imagine trying to get in a meditative state with people screaming around me. I don't like being in crowds and all that energy just isn't for everyone. There is something about the spiritual practice of solitude where monks go on individual retreats and don't want any other person's energy to be closer than 300 feet. This was something I could relate too. I think we all need to listen to our own individual truth. Thank you for sharing this. Spiritual practice is not a one-size-fits-all.
100% so deeply agree. That note on silent retreats is HUGE - so important. They cram as many people into a small room for maximum impact - but it really backfires in my opinion. Much love to you
I appreciate your comment for your mature approach to your own development path. I guess that's what it's all about - not listening to others uncritically. We use what serves us and discard the rest. It's our right. We are responsible for ourselves. Blindly following others has proven dangerous many times. I have not personally been on a retreat, but I am experimenting with the Dispenza teachings at home. I use what works for me, I discard the rest. From my perspective, there was something else I didn't like. I notice a certain lack of respect for human emotions. It is natural and human that, for example, in the case of a serious illness, we feel great grief, become depressed and cry. It is a natural process of mourning, grief after the loss of something important - your previous life. I've been going through this for the last 1.5 years. And I can't stop these heavy emotions. They fade over time and I understand that this is a natural grieving process. Dispenza calls it self-pity, mocking this state of mind. It offends me and offends people's feelings. There is a lack of understanding and respect. I see this as a lack of understanding of the processes taking place in the human psyche. There must also be room for grief after loss. I gave myself permission to experience these emotions. I use Dispenza meditation at home from time to time, but what he says is subject to my own judgment. Mature choices require independent judgment. Thank you again for leaving your personal comment about retreats. Some balance is needed, not just positive voices. Dispenza brings some good things, but it also has some disadvantages.
This is beautiful, I deeply agree. Honouring our emotions and their ebbs and flows is so incredibly important...plus creating and learning from our own unique discernment is invaluable. All teachers have value, it's just about how much power we give them as you say. Much love to you
I did the 3 day retreat a few years ago. I felt the same re the breath. It is not taught in a way that feels cautious or honors it at all. Its origins are not mentioned either. It’s just like hey here’s Joe’s breathwork. Let’s put 10 pros on stage and show you what it looks like. Now you do it! I do not think that is safe or honorable. Awakening kundalini energy is deeply serious. So I appreciate your video. I’ve put myself into too many situations that threaten my path and I had to learn some very hard lessons to find it again.
Omg the demonstration absolutely made me soooo uncomfortable. It’s not taught that well - proper teaching would ask so much preparation and regard to the person. they certainly have space to grow their ethics and teaching 😩💓
I've read a few comments here and I feel like you're receiving a little backlash, which I'm sure you expected. I want to let you know that I heard your message and am personally grateful that you had the courage to change your mind about your experience and to speak out about it. I've read several of his books, did an online workshop and one live online meditation event filmed from a retreat. I, too, have had an intuitive hesitation about going deeper into his work. I love learning the science behind meditation and manifestation which has helped a lot because knowledge is power. However, I have a much gentler style of meditating than he teaches and, I agree, he does sort of push and force you to reach a certain state. That works for some, but I don't like it for me. I think the most important thing you bring up in this video is to not follow ANY guru above your own inner wisdom. Do what works for you and celebrate your individual relationship with source. If your spiritual life begins to feel like a diet plan that you have to force, there's something off. Meditation should be something you crave, not labor over. Meditation isn't about achieving a goal. It's about a state of being and that comes with time.
Hey girl! I like your vibe. I’m 25 and been studying this work for 5 years now among many other modalities. I see your perspective and understand where you’re coming from. Like no matter how good Joes work is, it’s still someone else’s work you’re following to a T. I believe when someone’s walked the path, it’s wise to then walk in the footprints of that path and then when you find your own footing, to where there is no path and leave a trail for others to then follow. It’s all oneness anyways, there is no race. I have also been skeptical and that’s a good thing! Love that you posted this. I do the meditations but make sure I’m doing what’s best for me. Yoh can easily follow into the trap of not being sovereign again. Love this and love you! ❤
I loveeee your perspective and vibes angel! Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. 100% agree. There is no one way! Our journeys are all so sacred and unique. Much love to you ☀️💓
I came here because I felt something was off and you're right. It's even deeper than what you described. I read the comments and the left brain followers of JD deserve to be supported on their healing path. However, this is not a movement true Shamans or Oracle Workers will be involved with. Thank you for confirming. 🙏💜😎👀
@GraceCrysdale I thought about what you said about people screaming during the meditation. Honestly, the sense I'm picking up about the whole rectum activation meditation borders on sodomistic energy. I'm picking up images of more private meditation groups where they are taking a more direct approach which some say produces the effects they are seeking to achieve. This could also explain the rise of sodom-y in these private circles. Just tossing it out there. Thanks for allowing me to express this. It was heavy on my heart. Much love and success to you.🙏💜🔮
People don’t know how to get rid of their intrusive thoughts and sit long enough in meditation to deal with all the negative emotions. I don’t think the triggering has anything to do with Joe dispensa”s teaching. I got a lot of triggering doing meditation for two years !! It’s not joe dispanza. It’s the trauma I had that I need to work on. So saying meditation not working is just we don’t go deep enough to heal the trauma. 🎉
So grateful for this. I nearly went to his retreat. Bought the ticket after watching him and at a desperate time and then just felt weirder and weirder as the time went by. Apparently he’s channeling blue people that he doesn’t know what or who they are. And kundalini awakenings are very dangerous in mass groups of people. Great review.
Great message, thank you for keeping it real...the chakras and kundalini are meant to be named and respected. I agree with you, to keep spiritual agency
They’re always saying follow the science, but the science you follow your gut feeling that’s the science don’t listen to other people how they feel that’s fine. You have your own feelings your own connection with God you don’t need to go through somebody to feel God.❤ bottom line.
Honestly there is a lot of spiritual ego coming from her. I can feel it as she is speaking. I have never been to a Joe retreat, but will be going to his first ever 10 day in December. I do believe that she was very triggered like satanism was brought up. I know so many people like this that have been through traumatic religious situations and all they want is sovereignty and they really rely on they ego to state how "protected" they are and how "different" they are and how they are so "special" that they can't be like the others around them. To me this is a disconnected person that is stuck in their "spiritual ego" which is the worst kind of ego because it is so disguised. Don't know this lady at all but you can feel it as she is talking.
just came back from his retreat and it was AMAZING !!! I will be going every year. I know someone else going to the 10 day and trust me, you won't regret it.
I work very hard to heal my ego - sharing an opinion and a personal experience is not ego. You don’t have to resonate with my vibe. I know myself. I don’t think I’m different 😂 I went to a Joe Dispenza retreat - you and I could be very similar. But we MUST talk about where boundaries are being crossed - that’s truth seeking. Much love to you! If you have pure intentions you will certainly gain profound wisdom from his retreat - be mindful of what you need and are seeking.
Consider yourself very, very lucky, Joe Dispenza is a very dangerous person. If he continues with these retreat, you will begin to hear participants ending up on mental wards. Only a dam fool would try to raise their kundalini in such a fashion. When you get a chance ask Joe 4 questions for me, 1. What is meditation, 2. how do you meditate. 3 how does it work. 4 what is the ultimate goal of meditation.
I'm going to subscribe. I appreciate your discernment. I'm glad you trusted your own guidance system. I come from an occult background which I have "repented" of. So I too am very cautious. I know that not all unseen "energies" are friendly. I am completely resistant to the so called "kundalini" experience. I'm not convinced. I follow MY own inner guidance always. It's never done me wrong...ever.
Regarding guided meditations, Abraham says that they connect you to the speakers energy, while what you really want is connection with your inner-being, your own higher self. So Abraham advices silent meditations. I worked most of Joe's meditations in the past, very beneficial to many people, However, I always felt it as doing hard work.
Yep. Went to retreat and got freaked out by the forced kundalini approach with people screaming and convulsing. I do appreciate his teachings and explanations and personally I love the science in his work, but my opinion is that his approach to kundalini is irresponsible and dangerous to people who have no means of integrating that energy. We saw a woman fall out on the sidewalk in town with a kundalini experience and this energy is unpredictable once it awakens. Many accounts of people returning home and they cannot function in their lives. Kundalini from what I’ve learned can cause psychotic breaks in people who have not attended to past trauma or done ample shadow work. If you go, please consider the risks and understand what the entire retreat will be focused on. Make sure you have a trusted teacher who can guide you through should you force the energy to rise. Please do your research on kundalini. Thanks for sharing your experience! That said, I have heard most people healing from the Blessings of the Energy Centers meditation which is gentle. Best wishes all!!❤
Thank you! I find both Dr Joe’s work super helpful and still had to practice matter to matter stuff, or I wouldn’t function too well, being HSP too 😊 Cheers! -Ravi
I understand what you’ve said perfectly! I felt some confusing feelings while doing guided meditation with him. I am very very drawn to energy healing. Can you point me in a direction to learn? I’ve been using crystals for chakra balancing, but I want to learn so much more. Thank you!
Good for you for listening to your own heart and soul. It makes perfect sense. Also you can awaken your kundalini in different ways. It doesn’t have to be in that particular format.
You are spirit , you can never , never, never be disconnected from it , Yes you can have the experience of being disconnected , but you actually have to be connected in order to have that experience. Because source , God , spirit what ever name you wish to use is unconditional love, and will support you in what ever you believe is true for you. Your practice , Joe's or anyone else's for that matter are simply permission slips. Permission slips that allow you to be who you desire to be and more of your natural self. It's all vibration, it's all resonance and you get to decide what is your vibe. literally. Only you can decide what does or doesn't work for you , but nothing can shame you or take you away from your spiritual practice , unless you buy into the idea that it can. You went , you saw, you experienced, and it looks like you discovered what is more true for you. It showed you more about yourself , and perhaps how you judge yourself . Looks to me like it served a great purpose . Blessings
Thank you for this 🩷 So potent! I like the premise of permission slips - and I absolutely agree morning can take us away from source. It was a purposeful experience for sure.
I believe it's very healthy to question everyone and all philosophical or religious beliefs and follow your own instincts, and be independent thinker. To me that is one of the signs of psychological maturity. What works for one it might not work for someone else.
Great review! I think you hit on the heart of the matter briefly when discussing the audience and intent of these Dizpenza Retreats: they are specifically designed for that masculine pressure and acceleration of an energetic shift. That was in alignment with you and your path so it makes sense that it didn’t feel good to you (and wasn’t useful)! JD’s work isn’t a problem, it just isn’t what you need and arguably isn’t made for you or people on similar paths. I find a lot of people want to make teachings/teachers, experiences, etc bad and wrong when they don’t work for them and more often than not it’s simply an alignment issue.
Thank you for saying this. I absolutely agree and my intention certainly isn’t to depict Joe as bad! I think he has honest intentions and his audience has grown extremely quickly. I so deeply appreciate your wisdom here - that it certainly could be in perfect alignment and support for someone else’s unique spiritual journey.
Thanks for sharing this! It really makes sense and resonated to my current moment exploring different techniques and strategies on my spiritual, awakening journey. I have never been to a Joe Dispenza retreat, but it really makes sense. By the way, you seem to be a beautiful enlightened being and I will definitely dig into some of your videos! Thank you again! 🧡
You really just answered your own questions. You stated that you stopped the kundalini energy from rising. So there it ends. Your experiences were what you experienced because you shut down and stopped the experience you were meant to be having. When you felt all kinds of triggers this was obviously the energy that was trying to be moved but you decided you were not having it happen at that retreat,. End of story.
No, if felt unsafe - that’s why I stopped the energy. So many people are about pushing the boundaries and forcing - that’s not how I go about connecting to God. We may be different in that sense. I do energy work a lot. It’s a very sacred practice to me 🩷 Thank you for your perspective!
You need to learn more about kundalini and surrender to it! Being scared and thinking is satanic the way they screamed tells me you didn’t have enough information about kundalini and mystical experience because of the energy moving. I know that you work with energy but I am surprised that you don’t know more about kundalini. My sister is one of those at the retreat that has screamed because she says it feels like electricity ⚡️ moving through her body in a very fast way and strong force that the body does that. Nothing satanic or part of a cult. I am surprised you can make a video judging that and no asking those people their experience. My experience at the retreat last December was amazing. I learned how to meditate and amazing things have happened but I am educated myself to understand the why . I surrender to the energy and my life has changed in a beautiful way I am not afraid I don’t judge . I welcome it. It’s sad that you really don’t understand the process of kundalini. No everything is magical, there are challenges, they are negative emotions that have to come out, trauma, etc that needs to clear out. It’s so long to explain here but you should check it out and understand how kundalini works.
@@karlavotsmier2197 Many blessings on your healing. Sorry you find my understandings "sad" lol ... I don't hand over my body and energy when it's out of alignment to my inutuition. That's my sacred self responsibility. You sound like you enjoy sharing your wisdom so maybe spend your time nurturing another site instead of trying to educate me on my own experience. Much love.
@@GraceCrysdale The breath work is very powerful. As a Buddhist tantric practitioner I do it only occasionally because I have hurt my body because of energetic blockages. But I continue with the practice & am finally seeing good results. When it comes to spiritual communities they can tend to have a cultish quality. It’s the reason I left the Buddhist center where I was studying. And although I have been working with Dr Joe for 2 years now because of health issues I would never consider going to an event of his even though he has really helped me because I can practice at my own pace at home. Honor your path you know what’s best for you & well done for speaking your truth ❤
Thank you for your review. I agree, we should not give our power to anything outside ourselves including "masters" and "spiritual leaders" , crystals, burning scents, etc, etc. Now I do not think any of those things are "demonic" or "satanic" but I do believe it is no different to organised religion that purports that there is only one right path and everything else outside that path is wrong. I am also weary of labelling anything as "demonic" that I do not understand. A few hundred years people were burned at the stake for saying they saw a shooting star because they were deemed to be witches. So we should always be careful with our labels. I have been to retreats that are similar to the Dispenza retreats and have felt the pressure from the leaders and organisers to conform to what is labelled as a "good" experience for me. My conclusion after almost 40 years of searching after walking away from religion is that the "spirituality" movement is nothing but a veiled control mechanism just like religion. It is all based on FEAR. In religion fear is more overt. In "spirituality" it is more covert. But the bottom line in both scenarios is that there are always things that we should or should not do ... or else! And that or else is usually deeply rooted in fear. As I said, thank you for your honest and heartfelt review based on your truth.
I so deeply value this wisdom. Thank you 🤍✨🤍✨ aho! Less fear. When we’re empowered within self through God there’s nothing to fear. Being aware is crucial too - that’s why I share on huge gurus like this who get praise for blinking an eye. I’m learning more and more than the guru is within and seeking authentic resonance and knowledge with self and God is invaluable.
you have an open mind, watch a few "from new age to Jesus" testimonies on youtube. It sounds crazy but your mind will be blown i promise. So many Reiki masters, meditation masters, kundalini masters, yoga teachers, Shamans, ayahuaska... people with a huge amount of experience with all these modalities giving it all away for Jesus. The crystal stuff sounds innocent enough but it is not, no need to believe me or anyone, watch a few then let see how you feel after that. Bless you
I am a HSP and my number one rule is always stay in my own power. Having said that I always listen to advice with what people say. But at the same time it doesn’t resonate with me then I move on from it. You never stop living and learning through experiences in life.
Thanks for your comments. I have always wondered about how appropriate it is to push the kundalini - even the physical repercussions of it, let alone spiritual.
Thanks for your video. I ve been to one Dr Joe advance retreat. There were so much screaming there, but afterwards who screemed all said the sane thing, it was a big release , they were feeling so peaceful and happy. I suddenly started crying, i didn't know why, but afterwards i felt so happy and free. I saw colour red , pinkish red in my meditation as well but i feltso much love. During the retreat i only fely unexplainable love, peace , clarity. With my own experiences, , i know deep inside me cganged for good. Mu outerwirld changed for better for me too. In my view Dr joe empower us , and provide a safe space to release any trauma, triggers.
I think we can just agree that it wasn’t time for you and but other people received benefits because they were in a state of true free will. The energy gets intense and is why it freaked you out. All about individual circumstances
Girrrl thank you for discussing the real shit, I appreciate your honest perspective on this topic...I've also had my doubts about Joe something felt off 🧐
A person is just a channel when delivering a message. Nobody can give you results but you. He is not a god, he is a person. Like you and I. I never heard him saying he guarantees answers... Nor that he heals... He did not invent anything new... He created a box with passion and drive. As long as we look outside of us instead of taking responsability for our own experiences... We ll be stuck in the victim world. A retreat is just a retreat. You are the one who has to save yourself. There is no such thing a certainty outside of you.
I’m open to negative reviews on Dispenza but this just sounds like you are not taking responsibility for yourself. It’s normal and natural to question your spiritual practices and path after attending a retreat that is different from your own. Thats what I would expect to happen… And that’s a really big accusation to suggest his work as Santanic without any good points about why it is. Red lights are well known to inspire deep states of relaxation. Emotional releases are known to happen with all types of breath work. This just sounds like you went through a spiritual questioning or spiritual identity crisis.
Thanks for your input! I won’t disvalue my bodies intuition or experience based on yours. The truth is that it’s necessary we challenge the status quo, and trust what is true for self - not the guru’s/ mass opinion or anything else. I take full responsibility for my experience, my body and what I went through and that’s why I shared this thoughtful video! Thank you for watching - Much love 🩷🩷🩷
You had a deeper awakening experience. I certainly had mine as well. Some can even have healings in these circumstances and pay a price of undesirable energetic entanglements. I learnt to let my body selected her healing options and her healers. I work with my higherself and my body. My Kundalini happened spontaneously without spiritual knowledge or any practices but of course its timed to the exact moment that was right for me. I have my intuitive acupuncturist/naturopath/homeopath that has been helping with clearing and keeping the body stable and I now work extensively with mudras, mantras, gentle breathwork and Lakshmi and healing myself, for this is my authentic safe path and my practitioner assistance will gradually completely drop away. My body has shaken my head with considerable force when I attempted anything involving groups. Thank you for sharing your experience as slowly more truths are being revealed so we can progress with greater caution. ❤ 🙏
So beautiful- thank you for this share. I LOVE that you worked solely with your higher self and body to reach a “kundalini activation” … that feels so sacred and organic. The entanglements for sure are what make me nervous - because the field opens up during those kinds of activations you know? Much love. You’re doing such incredible work.
What seems like unsupportive practice in your journey might be from another perspective a good opportunity to process the fears that came up from the subconscious on this occasion: the fear of demonic-like cults, the fear of not enough scientific backup/credibility for shamanism or other spiritual practices, the fear of giving up your power to apparently more knowledgeable men, the fear of oppressive male energy. I recognize these fears because I have them myself and I work on processing them. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Appreciate the raw honesty. Yes, let's stay in loving but unshakable discernment, always. What resonates with you, resonates with you. What doesn't, simply doesn't. That's not (nessecarily) saying something is "bad" or "wrong" or "evil" but rather "it is not for you", at least at that moment in time. Whenever you have a "bad" experience or made the "wrong" choice, don't beat yourself up about it. Past is past. And it DID serve you - if you think about it - in that it made you come to that conlusion. Therefore it was not "bad" or "wrong" at all. :) We are all growing. I send love.
Do the video editors (freelance contractors) suggest innocuous background music? (like looping 4 bars of an 'easy-listening' groove) throughout the duration of the video? It seems like it might be a UA-cam Editors' coalition conspiracy.
How beautiful it must feel to have processed that fully, be back feeling whole and certain about the experience! Thanks for having the courage to share openingly on this topic. As Joe Dispenza is quite a big name out there in the energy healing industry. If I am being hoenst I also have never felt aligned; there is a darkness hidden in the undercurrents of his work, is what I have felt at least. But for you girl WOW, you were on a recon mission it seems, to scout it out from the inside and relay your findings for others. As I know how high level your body and field is at processing the truth of reality and not being tricked easily. ❤️❤️ Mission comeplete ✅
@Girlseesdragons I know. Haha - spiritual ego is a hot word right now and easy target. Anyone who comments solely negatively on someone else’s posts is insecure IMO 😮💨 I’d love to check out your dragon content!! 😍😍
Great points and felt like a balanced take, people shouldn't be afraid to express criticism and gurus and teachers should be able to take it. I would hope that Dr Joe is aware enough to really hear you and think about this. I feel like he is and that critical feedback is ultimately helpful when coming from a loving place.
Thank you YES! We need to speak out more on how we feel generally. I agree teachers and Guru’s should be checked often 🦋 to keep them in integrity! Appreciate you
I think you do a great job explaining yourself. You stay respectful while sharing your experience. Although i watch his videos and appreciate what he teaches, i would not enjoy those type of retreats where there are so many people. ( And let's be honest. Many go there for the show, also ). Anyway, stay solid. You have every reason to be proud of yourself. Take care !
It doesn’t matter how long you are in the spiritual world maybe you didn’t know you had to heal and yes the healing is a challenge. If you don’t want to heal don’t go this recommendation is for everyone. The breath work has changed my life. I used to be stressed, had trauma in my body and many negative thoughts. This practice breath has changed my emotional state. It has healed me and I not only use it by itself but with mediation everyday. Why people scream???? lol because they are having mystical experiences. My sister is one of them! It never has happened to me but she said it’s a lot of electricity energy to passing through her body. I am more connecting to myself than ever. I think you don’t have enough information about his teaching and the why of everything he does. It’s sad that you are making conclusions without talking to more people about it and asking questions. My meditations and breathwork with Joe Dispenza has changed my life and my sisters. We all have different paths and healing processes. Besides his retreats you should learn from many other gurus that can make a whole lot of sense if you put everything together. We all are in a learning stage . 🙏 namaste
Hi love - I attended the week long retreat as the video explains, I definitely feel like I experienced what I needed to at that week long retreat to make a “conclusion” on how his work feels for me. I’m so glad it’s supportive for you and your sister though. We can all have different experiences. Blessings 💞
The conclusion I referred to is about people screaming? Like saying is satanic is not only wrong but rude to everyone that has that experience. Like I said you should have approached those people and ask instead of judging and making conclusions that is all!
@@karlavotsmier2197 I did speak with them - a friend of mine screamed and had that experience - I did not say in the video that everyone who screamed themselves was satanic, you are misunderstanding my stance here.
Maybe you simply don’t need the spiritual attachment any longer. You are spirit . Try not to judge. Nobody was hurt . Its fine being where you are right now. Your change is from you, nobody can change you. We have to be responsible for our own boundaries . Much love ❤ . .
This person seems negatively biased and appears to have totally misunderstood, or not been able to grasp the depth of Dr. Joe Dispenza's research, work, evidence nor the could she understand the thousand of testimonials of positive transformations by people applying themselves, taking responsibility for their own condition, and doing the inner work to receive amazing results. Mainly, simply this is not path for her. Step on.
i just think that joe’s teachings are more masculine and not for everyone, i take bits of his teachings and incorporate with other types of meditation like vipassana.. his work is evolving also he started speaking more softly in his guided meditations for example.. but when i tune into his heart you can feel he has good intentions of course no spiritual leader is perfect you simply can’t cater for everyone at a week long retreat and so it’s up to the person to decide if that environment is suitable for them.. i love his work but i know personally releasing trauma in an environment full of other people screaming etc would not be suitable for me to others this could be very liberating
Absolutely! You can feel while you’re at the retreat that some people are in their ELEMENT and it’s totally for them. I love how you share - it’s so important to acknowledge we’re all on unique journeys. His work is definitely masculine - thank you for bringing that up. I honour that medicine too! It wasn’t for me but others experience many benefits.
Although I find many of the things Joe says helpful yet I truly appreciate your perspective. Especially to holding to one’s own truth that is sourced from a variety of sources. Joes healing teachings is only one of many out there. To stick to only one ideology can feel cult like as you described. Thank you
Just listening toyour opening comments… Wanted to say, I had the same experience when I did The Forum… I felt dry and empty afterwards - for a long time… I felt, let’s say, ‘cerebral’.. Like everything I’d done before was just empty and meaningless… like my connection to the divine was severed.
Hello I appreciate your thoughts here. I just observed a little disparity between how you presented yourself in the video vs your responses to the comments. This may be the reason you had to defend your thoughts in the comments section. Personally, some of your facial expressions and how you expressed your ideas in the video gave off an air of superiority while your responses to the comments are very kind. This would naturally make people feel a certain way specially when you address something that has helped them tremenduously. Maybe there was an opportunity to edit your script (not sure if you had one) or edit your footage if you felt that your message and how you delivered it were not in alignment. Love and blessings! ❤
Kinda a weird review and mostly coming from a subjective place 😢 but still sorry you had that experience. I just came back from the 10 day and loved it, met some amazing people (and weird, entitled, rich egoic people too) but was mostly good and worth the money. Life changing stuff. I’ve never felt more connected nor whole in my life
My first question is, why did you even go in the first place? You know there's a saying that "if it's not broke, don't fix it." If you were so strong in your own beliefs and practices, why did you need to be there? It sounds like you were there out of curiosity, without doing enough research. It also sounds like you were very guarded and not open-minded to the process. I think these feelings of uncertainty were there, and for whatever reason, you went anyway, and you got out of it what you allowed yourself to put into it. I hope what this experience did for you was allow you to grow enough to realize that everything is not for everyone, and just because it sounds like a good idea doesn't mean you should do it, and then be upset about it later.
If she was so into her own spiritual practice, why did she go? Sounds like she was very attached to it but was challenged… She doesn’t like a challenge and definitely not an alternative point of view on what spirituality might be. Her ego stance is staggering!
Who is she? You mean Grace? ☀️🌸 haha thanks love for your comment. To answer your question I went to experience new things - I love a challenge. I love growing. I also know how to honour my experience. Peace to you!
These all sound like your personal issues and a victim mentality. Why would you completely follow someone else's anything??? Evolve and dont give your power to others.
It's important to share our experiences, no? I don't see why theres anything wrong with me openly sharing my experience with Joe - it cant always be love n light. I believe in cultivating connection to self and Source on your own above all else. I agree - we need to empower ourselves.
Great Introspection and Yes, Never think Anyone knows more than you, in your Heart! You are a God and ALL Knowing is within you as well! I honor and respect you for getting up and leaving when it did NOT FEEL right for you! I have been wondering about this too. I studied all of the Super-Natural works and audio meditations...Seems I too, knew it was not for me-the retreat with 2000 other beings. I am grateful for you honest sharing here. I know now, why I never followed thru on the rest of the study with Dr Joe. Keep expanding dear one, you are amazing and know that you are the God of YOU, a Beautiful Goddess of Light! In Joy!
Interesting I have a negative view of Joe don't know why I went to. Cancun as well I hate the breath maybe it's the old self resisting lol I think he's amazing doing amazing work but something within me says something is off with him or maybe I don't like men in general because of my past I think he's work is amazing but maybe not for me I kinda don't trust him I wish I knew why
Grace. Fix your microphone if you want to grow as a youtuber. 🤣Sound balance is all the way to the left. You can't hear anything on the right headphone...
Basically all Dr.Joe is teaching is this: King James Version (KJV) Matthew 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive
@@sg.o7139 exactly, he is literally teaching what Jesus was doing. But those people we shouldn’t judge them , Our level of consciousness greatly influences how see things.
It's a coiled serpent of energy that hibernates in the base of your spine and when you meet your twin flame or go into deep meditation, it can rise up and cause you to feel a pleasant woozy feeling and an opening up of your crown chakra, which will get you in touch with true unconditional love.
In my opinion, after 6 months, your body has become your mind again. Your words show that you have returned to your past personality and you think you did the right thing. Your contradictory words in your clips show that you did not even understand the doctor's words and actions. I hope you find the right path again and disappear May you benefit from Dr. Jo's love
I started his meditations this summer. It helped me feel better physically and mentally when nothing else worked. I’ve done other meditation but his version of self hypnosis was actually helping me. I was inspired to immerse myself in a retreat. I attended Orlando in Oct (is that the one you were at?)
I had an overall positive experience- so many cool people, powerful loving vibes, my digestion was working SO well, I felt deeply nourished by the food, I had an old friend reach out to reconnect, etc.
I relate a lot ❤
I have shifted and been healing even more since I got home.
Dr. Joe simply, yet scientifically offers methods for each one to use to achieve
coherence with mind & heart / thoughts & emotions. ❤
@@cammor222exactly ❤
For example if someone would put a label...on this video and started analyzing every little details of the video
the video would become less enjoyable,
because too much analyzis decreases the energy of your body.
happiness is energy, and the more you analyze the less energy you feel.
Follow your heart and do what is right for you
Joe is the real deal and scares ego. Because ego death is apart of the experience of being who you truly are
I agree with most of what you say here, but it IS a cult if not warned that this may not be for all.
Really deeply appreciate this comment. You’re so wise. Thank you 🤍
@VEDA_8 I agree with your perspective strongly.
You say it wasn’t your intention, but this whole video claims to the audience that “Joe is great but his work is demonic and unsafe for all.”
I do believe that he could have offered more information beforehand to prep people on all the little things that you mentioned in the details, such as the lighting, how the experience may go, and how to honor other’s process while feeling safe and supported in your own.
Thank you for your view and reflection on Grace's video Thank both for sharing your views and points you made in your reflection 🫂🕉🔱✨🙏
Problem #1. You're now in the void. It's a good thing. You've progressed. It's a time to come into your own power and not rely on the external
Exactly!
Well she is still very young she might understand it some day. She will
Thanks so much for sharing your experience here, Grace.
What is HSP, INFG?
It’s not satanic. It’s a spiritual practice which is originated from India (Hinduism or sanatana Dharma)
Good on you for listening to yourself. Love this and thanks for sharing 💗
Thank you so much
I've read a few comments here and I feel like you're receiving a little backlash, which I'm sure you expected.
Much love to you ☀️💓
09:35 If any of us chose to go to have that experience, is it their path and their journey?
I came here because I felt something was off and you're right. It's even deeper than what you described. I read the comments and the left brain followers of JD deserve to be supported on their healing path. However, this is not a movement true Shamans or Oracle Workers will be involved with. Thank you for confirming. 🙏💜😎👀
Thank you for saying this as such!! So true sister. It supports some absolutely - but not all of us on the path 🧝🏻♀️💎☀️
You are right you just have to get beyond yourself.
Amen
🎯💯%
I work very hard to heal my ego - sharing an opinion and a personal experience is not ego. You don’t have to resonate with my vibe. I know myself. I don’t think I’m different 😂 I went to a Joe Dispenza retreat - you and I could be very similar. But we MUST talk about where boundaries are being crossed - that’s truth seeking. Much love to you! If you have pure intentions you will certainly gain profound wisdom from his retreat - be mindful of what you need and are seeking.
@@GraceCrysdale Girl do a youtube search for new age to Jesus,1000s of stories like yours- the devil disguises himself as an angel of light,
Thank you for sharing, some of the most amazing beings I know have nothing but amazing things to say about it and I am excited.
Spend thousands of dollars to sit in a room with 2000 people screaming and crying? No, thank you.
@@marilyn9138 very happy to connect with you. And on a similar journey within 💗✨
Regarding guided meditations, Abraham says that they connect you to the speakers energy, while what you really want is connection with your inner-being, your own higher self.
Thank you!
I agree with you 💯, believe in what’s inside of You first Bless it💜💙💜
Good for you for listening to your own heart and soul. It makes perfect sense. Also you can awaken your kundalini in different ways. It doesn’t have to be in that particular format.
Interesting review! I have used Joes meditations but never listen to the ones when his voice is weird! It’s changed my life for the better!
Anyone here had a great experience with Joe
Who says you need a kundalini for awakening
You dont
Totally agree with you! Thank you for sharing your thoughts and your experience....
Thank you so much love
Bless you
If something does not work for you, then move and look for what works
I am a HSP and my number one rule is always stay in my own power. Having said that I always listen to advice with what people say. But at the same time it doesn’t resonate with me then I move on from it. You never stop living and learning through experiences in life.
@@Epsillion70 thank you for this! Such a good rule for life and reminder 🔥 Also… I think ur username is red head Viking? That’s so epic
Girrrl thank you for discussing the real shit, I appreciate your honest perspective on this topic...I've also had my doubts about Joe something felt off 🧐
@@liiivinglight thank you for tuning into this one my love. So deeply appreciate you! Definitely want to help people trust their intuition 💓
Did you get yours powers back afterall ?
Yes. I believe we can always heal - and nothing can ever truly be taken from us. We are whole 🙏🏼❤️🔥
I’m open to negative reviews on Dispenza but this just sounds like you are not taking responsibility for yourself.
It’s normal and natural to question your spiritual practices and path after attending a retreat that is different from your own. Thats what I would expect to happen…
And that’s a really big accusation to suggest his work as Santanic without any good points about why it is.
Thank for being vulnerable with us I appreciate the realness girl. Glad you found you way back to self ✨🙏🏾🤗
Thank you angel. The healing spiral goes on and on 🔥
You had a deeper awakening experience.
5 minutes in… def feels weird just based on what you’ve already described it to be like. Your body knew what was up!
100%. Thank you. Much love to you!
Do the video editors (freelance contractors) suggest innocuous background music? (like looping 4 bars of an 'easy-listening' groove) throughout the duration of the video? It seems like it might be a UA-cam Editors' coalition conspiracy.
I put music / beat's in the background of my videos because it adds flow to the story/ experience I'm telling
Yessss we went deep girl, for the KEYS 🤣👽🕊️ Thank you so much for your share angel
Take care !
Awe, thank you love. I appreciate you and your open mindedness 😍🩷 Much love to you!
Joe doesn't know anything that you don't have access to. The Source is within. Whenever you look "out there" for a guru, you become deceived.
Maybe you simply don’t need the spiritual attachment any longer. You are spirit .
Try not to judge. Nobody was hurt .
Its fine being where you are right now.
Your change is from you, nobody can change you. We have to be responsible for our own boundaries .
Much love ❤

No wonder I've never resonated. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for watching! So happy to hear you’re trusting your intuition 🙏🏼
I feel also like that was brave you sharing the story
Thank you love
Great perspective on the retreat
Thank you for watching 🩷
Yes absolutely
Mysticism is not for everyone
I agree with you.
Me to
Thanks for this video .
Of course 💛 Thank you!
Good messages , I also see something off but I don't know what. I hear you thank you
Thank you love for being here and witnessing
In Joy!
Thank you so much angel. Deeply appreciate you and your wisdom
He does what Ramtha does probably just made differently . Try Ramtha i had magnificent spiritual change
Dr. Joe used to be one of Ramtha's teachers.
Thank you for letting me know - I had no idea! Lol.
"The work" he is doing and "the work" you are returning to are both illusory nonsense.
Kerry k can help anyone
A lot of people say he’s demonic
People fear what they do not understand though.
He is NOT demonic, majority of people aren’t ready for what Joe is teaching and because of that they call him demonic.
Basically all Dr.Joe is teaching is this:
King James Version (KJV) Matthew 21:22
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive
@@sg.o7139 exactly, he is literally teaching what Jesus was doing. But those people we shouldn’t judge them , Our level of consciousness greatly influences how see things.
@@sg.o7139plus folks worried about the healing, then review Corinthians 12... there are no exclusions to spiritual gifts.
What the heck is a kudalini
It's a coiled serpent of energy that hibernates in the base of your spine and when you meet your twin flame or go into deep meditation, it can rise up and cause you to feel a pleasant woozy feeling and an opening up of your crown chakra, which will get you in touch with true unconditional love.
Shamanism and mystical don’t go together
The retreat sounds like forced satori…
In my opinion, after 6 months, your body has become your mind again. Your words show that you have returned to your past personality and you think you did the right thing. Your contradictory words in your clips show that you did not even understand the doctor's words and actions. I hope you find the right path again and disappear May you benefit from Dr. Jo's love
Thanks for your opinion on my experience lol?? I'm again on my right path. Glory to Creator. Much love to you!
You sound like you are going through a spiritual identity crisis.
Going to Joes retreat was my identity crises lol
