After watching this I gotta say as someone whose been studying and doing this work for a few, I can tell you REALLY did your homework and were paying attention-which is awesome. I was able to destroy my old walking cane 2 weeks after my first event and I DID have astral experiences but not from the breath or meditations themselves (usually when I’m sleeping or sitting up in a Theta/Delta state). I’m glad things were clicking for you as you put the pieces together from your past learnings.👊🏾🔥🔥🔥
