With many hockey players stuck at home right now, we thought we would release a full Hockey Yoga routine that you can follow along to at home.

Really a good routine, which helped to relax and un- sore my stressed muscles during a hockey training camp.
I'd suggest to do another video though, where the instructor slows it WAYYYY down - because in the video above I hardly reached a position when she already said "... and then exhale and come back to..." which is nearly stressful... (sometimes I got the impression there's a speed competition going on between yoga instructors😆)

This is exactly what I needed, thank you! What is a good warm up to do before this so my muscles aren't cold and have some blood flowing before stretching?
Honestly, this eases you into it nicely. If you want to, some light skipping would get your body warm

Hey I’m Muslim and we just started fasting and can’t eat or drink for like 12h do you still recommend working out just as usual? Because I still want to improve through out this. Do you have any advice?

My 11yo daughter tried to follow along but she found the tempo was too fast. Would you consider a slower paced youth follow along?
