I love how you take fantasy designs and make them more protective and historically authentic without compromising the aesthetic. Matter of fact, I like your version of most helmets more than the originals.

I just love seeing blacksmiths work its just…. Amazing. And the best thing about it - there will be always need for a blacksmith and that makes me so happy as this craftsmanship will never be forgotten.
that is how orcs are described in almost every fantasy setting. looks doesnt matter. gear just have to be practical. A saying about orcs is: "if an orc finds a helmet that doesnt fit. he will punch his face to fit the helmet"
Great vid as always. The end product looks great. These kind of smithing videos motivate me to one day get my own workshop and work on cool projects like this. I bet it feels relaxing to just have something to work on that takes hours and hours to complete.
The edititing has become to fun to watch, you've got a good mix of workshop sound and yourr music- which is always a delight to listen to. Excellent work man!
this has made me want to get back into metalworking. Gosh this looks incredible. Literal art. I love what you did with the knives acting as those tusks
Woah! AMAZING! I've never seen any of these videos before, this was just recommended, so I thought I'd have a look... I am astonished at just how unbelievably BEAUTIFUL that turned out! It's obvious you've worked extremely hard to be as good as you are, but it's clear you also have a great deal of natural talent. It's obvious what job your ancestors had! Seriously, your work is not only EXTREMELY impressive, but the video itself is SO fun to watch! You're also just a funny dude, so this is reason 158 why I'm subscribing.
The Uruk-hai armor and weapon designs from the movies is still one of the most iconic armors of fantasy I can think of. And I'm a total fantasy nerd. I've long lost track of all the stories and franchises I've enjoyed over the years. There's just something about how the design blends the impression of savagery and discipline, making the Uruk wearing it look like an undeterrable, unwaveringly ferocious killing machine. The design is extremely intimidating, to say the least. Without being overly ornamental or dramatic. It's to the point and effective with just enough flair to make it stand out. You did a fantastic job recreating it. And making it functional. That's art right there, you should be proud.
Dwarf armour would kick ass. I'm so glad I just stumbled across your channel. Hopefully you aren't too close to the chaos at the front.. Although I'm aware that nowhere is 100% safe. Stay safe, Slava Ukraini. 💙💛
I cannot believe I've never come across your channel before. An incredibly talented artist and smith, not only your *magics* but your designs are incredible! I'll be donating and following for future content!
If i could start my life over again i would do this, it really fascinates me. Must take a long time to learn this art but boy oh boy the end result is sooo worth it…👍👍👍❤️
Отличная работа... Мне кажется, это лучший тип шлемов урук-хай в фильме... самый зловещий и выразительный... На работу мастера можно смотреть бесконечно! Эх, всегда мечтал себе именно такой колпак)
WOW! I just got recommended this video and has never seen anything from you, but wow. The helmet is so well done and seems so true to how you make a real helmet, even including the hardening. Also I love the humor of you bashing the plates to cut repetetive parts out of the video. It works absolutely wonders. I love blacksmithing and you have certainly earned my sub!
Well done with the helmet, it looks so amazing! 😁 Now do it 9’999 more times with some variations for Saruman to actually be almost satisfied. Almost. 😁
Everytime I see a video from you, I share it with all my friends. They aren’t into armor content, so they don’t really appreciate it… But I think you deserve so many more subscribers, hopefully someone I share with will follow you!
Thank you for the entertainment and the display of skills and humor... I can't believe you don't have more subscribers! Everyone, share the heck out of this please?!
I don't think I've ever laughed this much watching a armor video. Thank you very much for an entertaining and informative video. I'll have to keep an eye out for that special metal marker.
Awesome skills dude!... and here we are, making a knife and feeling our armpit hair grow... lol First timer and subscribed!... SLAVA UKRAINI...! 🔱🔰🔱🔰🔱🔰
I get your main thing is satisfying video going from flat metal to awesome helmet and armor. Can you explain a little more on the tools you use at each step and why? I really want to get into armorsmithing and your videos are a big help thus far. THANK YOU!
Gotta love the Orc's ingenuity. They might be crude in their methods, but some the the stuff they make is very complex. How did they make so many so quickly before the march on Helm's Deep? Like it took this guy a long time to make just one helmet, while the Orcs mass produced one after another. Crazy and cool stuff.
Interesting concept for the mouth. Would be interesting to see it developed further. I imagine looking down while advancing to close the mouth and while keeping the head straight having it open so you can breath properly.

Another beautiful piece of Armour. It amazes me how well you are able to recreate symmetry across your pieces.
Thanks!
Love your style of making armour, you can make even an uruk-hai helmet to look historic
As far as fantasy armor goes, Lord of the Rings armor is pretty grounded.
@@connor3284 good point, agreed

I get so excited when one of my favourite Ukrainian armourers makes a video! Awesome to see more of your work!
Urukanian?
Read this as Urukranian.
Uruk-Hainian
:)))))))))))
ха-ха-ха!!! ну ты и рагуль, какая украина, шлем из Властелина колец, это про орков. И ты забыл попросить F-16. Позорище
Excellent take on the Uruk-Hai helmet. More protective, higher quality, without sacrificing the style at all.
Always liked the Uruk-Hai stuff. Very crude yet exceptionally practical. There is just something with that aesthetic that is very cool to me.
