Nevertheless, I can give you what I have on Iris (before I gave up). Change 00456ADF 004577EF 004579B4 to 43352 (2 Byte), this is the hit state value of X buster on Double. This should allow X to hit Iris's armor. (Only in theory. I don't know how to make X vs Iris, so I only tested on Zero. This does make her armor block Zero's attack, so I think it might work.) Editing these 3 address is not enough, it is buggy, and has no effect when Iris is firing the laser. (Also, this is only for her armor) On the other hand, change 0044F61D 00450233 to 40648 should allow Zero to hit Double. I know these are where the game look for hit states, but "Find out what access this address" shows nothing. Now I don't even remember how I found them...

It is a community meet-up review, did not provide code, only mentioned the possibility, and IIRC it said there was a PS demonstration. As I said, I have no experience with PS hacking.
