Not enough warnings, and people will behave recklessly or be ignorant of real dangers, but too many warnings, and people will see there are so many warnings and not bother actually heeding them. There's also a lot of research about how much DETAIL should be included in a warning. If it's too generic, people won't take it seriously or won't understand it, but if it's too detailed, people might misinterpret it or try to work around it.
The easter egg I really want to see is a game that has a room filled with eggs and many outfit choices, unlocked by a key with a tiny purple rose motif, which you can find hanging on the collar of a cat roaming the woods. Make it happen, gamedevs.
My son was playing at our neighbour's house once, and came back without his t-shirt. The neighbour kids said it had gotten wet, so they were shaking it out the window to dry it, then accidentally let go and it ended up on the roof. It's still up there.

In SSX 3, the mountain where the game takes place has three peaks. Around the top of Peak 2, there are two large Easter eggs sitting in the snow. It was just the programmers being smartasses; there's nothing in them.
You mentioned the fishing easter egg and my brain instinctively went to Big the Cat from Sonic Adventure 2 saying “Froggy?”. I’m actually going fishing this afternoon, and you bet I will be saying that to some confused family members the entire time.
