Im in los angeles.I see hauler trucks all over.The guys and their trucks always look old and tore up so i always thought they were poor af!!I think dump fees and competition might make it not as lucrative here... but i dont knows!

I'm not doing junk removal but I guess the charge should depend on how many trailers you fill up. For me if it was 5 trailers I would charge $2500 bucks on the hoarder house..

No not typically, if it’s a really big job you could have an agreement, but we don’t often do that

Pitchfork for green waste helps a lot. Also after putting it in trailer. Pull out your dewalt chainsaw and cut it like your cutting a steak. Helps fit more in. I always up charge for green waste because i hate it to.
I always come strapped when its homeless people. I just let them know. Im getting payed to clean this up. I cant watch for you to get it out. Owner wants me to clean it up today. Once they hear that and see your gun on your side. They are chil.

Anybody in here ever thought about investing and using a skid steer for ask the heavy awkward junk and tree debris? Or how about a wood chipper, chain saw,? I Like that he mentioned a sawzaw man those things are amazing. I would even go so far too buy a used commercial chassi style truck that was used for hauling tree logs and brush and has a heavy duty hydraulic boom with claw attachment so you can preserve your health. If you're going tu be serious about this business then be creative and think big. Work smart

Matt & jojo motivated me to get this started a couple questions I’m from. Central Valley CA. And when I went to the county development department to get. Business license and was told since my address isn’t a commercial Property I was limited to a home occupation license which limits my GVWR can not exceed 11000 I live on an acre was told I couldn’t get a dump truck cause I would be in violation any way to get around this?
