Deliberately muting your audio and talking with first respondents, while investigating an accident scene, is highly suspicious to the investigation. Proper procedures were not followed for a person accused of DUI. Muting of audio, handcufffed in front, no search or validation of a firearm in the vehicle.. all signs of privileged treatment shown towards that fellow law enforcement person. Shame

I got pulled over 13 times in 2013 due to a continuous burning out taillight. I never got a 🎟. The cops were always very kind, and everything one of them gave me directions to an auto parts store. I was replacing the burnt out bulb for the 13th time when I noticed that the wires were shorted out. I bought new taillights, and I installed them myself and never got pulled over again ✔️ Those taillights still have not needed a new bulb in a decade. New lights have LED bulbs, so they last for a long time.
Notice that the inibriated officer isn't swearing, yelling f bombs repeatedly, kicking, spitting and screaming "I didn't do anything!" BIG difference. They're also "brothers" in a sense and want to do this as civilly as possible. Can't say I blame them. It's an awkward position to be in.

In my state, it's a felony if you hurt another person or if it's your 3rd within 10 years. Why would it be a felony if it's your first and the only person you hurt is yourself? If you get in a fight, as long as you don't use a weapon, it's a misdemeanor. So why's a simple DUI any worse than that?

Said there wasn't any damage when there clearly was, said the guy had been compliant to the officer, the said directly to the guy something like "you wouldn't comply with me but you need to comply with him".
