What's the Best World in A Hat in Time?

In this video Sub Indy decides to find out what the best level in A hat in Time is. Although since this isn’t a “Top 10 levels in A Hat in Time” or “The best level in AHiT ever” I realized comparing each level individually would take an eternity. So the videos is actually about the best set of levels in this game. In other words, what’s the best world in A Hat in Time. Not a huge difference, but I wanted to make sure this video is entertaining and fast paced. Talking about the “worlds” seemed like a good way to do that.
Also I talk about mods too.
