I made this during quarantine because I missed my mom’s homemade cooking and it just hit all of the spots. Thank you for this easy recipe! I didn’t have whole peppercorn and I hate having to put it on the side when I’m eating so I substituted it with a touch of regular grinded pepper.

Been making adobo for a long time now and i use exactly the same ingredients here except sa chicken cube :D pero most of the time, minamarinate ko yung manok talaga. Try nyo rin po na lagyan ng cornstarch at water mixture sa pagkatapos magluto para mas maging "saucy" ang sabaw nya. Grabe sarap talaga
