    I don’t remember how I know but I was told not to stir adobo when you put vinegar to let chicken take in the flavor of vinegar & that it if you stir right away it will taste bitter. You have to wait till it boils then you can stir adobo to incorporate the vinegar throughout rest of the sauce. Always love your version of adobo, have watched your adobo recipe several times…lol

    Iba ka talaga Chef! Sa'yo po ako natuto magluto nung highschool pa ako. 10yrs na akong graduate and lagi ko pa rin po ginagawang reference yung mga videos mo pag magluluto ako up to now. Sobrang helpful talaga. God bless po.

    Im cooking this now, i had all the ingredients already except for the chicken, im at the step where it is simmering before adding vinegar and my house smells amazing, cant wait to eat this😊

    As far as I know, raw vinegar continues to ferment until the temp gets high enough to kill the lactobacilli. Manufactured vinegar is pasteurized at inception. Stable enough to mix at any temp.

    The oldies before insisted that mixing the vinegar upon adding won't taste better than waiting a few minutes to boil and the taste is much more better👍

    Chef ganyan din ako mag adobo pro may kasamang atay ng manok para if naluto na dudurugin ko yong atay at isama sa sauce natutunan ko sa lola ko now 72 years old na ako ginagawa ko sa mga apo ko gustong gusto nilang sabaw sa kanin yong sauce ng adobo ❤❤❤

    sa akin, mas ma-saucy or masabaw mas okay!!! yung version ko sa pagmarinate -all the same but i add in sweet paprika (a teaspoon), while during sa pagprito (in medium heat) nilalagyan ko ng thumbsize ginger (diced so small) and diced garlic. about the vinegar thing-i, I heard before pumapait yung dish if you stir it right away kaya hayaan muna kumulo! [though pwede rin iexperiment kung tutuo nga!!lol]

    Don’t store the vinegar will no fly be cook it will stay sour all the way looks yummy t y for your recipe God bless you were fr. Bulacan all other we boil it then after boiling we fry it then put back the sauce we don’t put Bay leaf

    That's exactly how I cook my adobo my friends always tell me how come your adobo taste different. Normally people boil everything until soft and then fry.

    After pouring in the vinegar, do not stir the vinegar into the soy sauce. This helps to burn off the acid in the vinegar in the bottom of the pot.

    I dont know if u guys try lemon instead of vinegar and use onion too not just garlic just like pork steak but chicken instead . It taste really good.

    Huwag hahaluin kapag mag suka o vinegar sv mahihilaw Ang lasa Ng Asim Ng vinegar. At sv din sa low heat Ng apoy takpan na lutuan wag Ng bubuksan muna hangat nangangamoy Ang vinegar.
    Pag binuksan at amoy vinegar pa mahihilaw daw. Iyan sv Ng Lola Kong kusinera..😊
