Pro VO artist here! Great video - I'm always on the hunt for ways I can speed up my editing, especially for long explainer, documentary, and audiobook work. I'm not a "punch and roll" guy, so editing from the back was a gamechanger for me. The one thing I'd add to your great tip here is to use a dog clicker between bad takes. That sharp noise makes it super easy to spot where the good and back takes are in the clip's waveform!
