Wow, talk about a question that has a lot of partial questions that truly require more information before any lawyer can answer. The simple answer is you get married in the Philippines and he either gets a visa to stay in the Philippines or he makes multiple “visa runs” over time. Easy, right? If you have other goals, you need to supply a lawyer more information. You do know that if you get married to your fiancé in the Philippines and it does not work out, he can go back to his home country and divorce you while you are stuck in the Philippines and will not be able to divorce him. Consider an online, foreign-based marriage and do not register it in the Philippines. You may be able to divorce out of that foreign, unregistered marriage. That is a good question to ask a lawyer who specializes in Philippine law.
Me and my fiance we both single and no commitments anybody firts I am very long time widow I have child but my fiance 100 percent accepted as own child and my fiance 100 percent single so no need to divorce each others.. keep tightly until last breath...

That is kind of what your question seems to indicate. That is a fairly easy question to answer. But if your question is “bigger,” such as you and your child being able to go to the U.S., then you need to include more information. The statement about divorce is simply to note the downside to marriage in the Philippines for the Philipina while there foreigner can seek divorce in their home country and start anew (but not in the Philippines). An online marriage may help avoid that outcome (if that unfortunate event occurs), but it is best to talk to a specialist in that field in the Philippines.
