Welcome in team! At last we're taking a look at Queen, a forgotten deck in OPO5. But finally OPO6 is here and we've gotten alot of new cards, Sanji 9c for starters makes a home in this deck and becomes a staple. The amount of work Sanji puts in for queen is crazy. Playing mihawk, aramaki, yamato and any other character under 9c, for free off the top of your deck when Sanji 9c hits the board is insane! The new cards give queen alot more explosive plays, be it Onami to give banish or pop 5c chars or raging tiger for very strong removal! Currently as this video goes live I'm working on more variant's for queen, this current one uses Soul Pocus, which adds another element to the deck. So be mindful, you dont mess up your life stack. Next variant for queen, I'll be working on a more aggressive build to include the new Kikunoji & Onami, which give you so much more pressure! This might be the way I feel will deal with Moria and yamato!
I also feel the new 8 drop blocker is key for the deck Outs the 1 drop searchers and 2 drop blockers in green while being an 8 and also a good card to play off sanjiw
He’s pretty solid, he def earns a place in croc/queen decks. The downside, your worst matchups will just remove it on sight. Moria, and Yama, that 8c blocker is irrelevant. But against other decks it can be quite useful, def most yellow decks. Implying 10c mom isn’t already sweeping your board.
Finally my Queen Boy❤ Thanks man, what a nice gameplay. Never used Soul pocus but I will try it out. 🎉 Really happy to see more Queen Content in the future 😊
Happy you enjoyed it, I've been using SOul pocus with Queen for a while now. I figure it adds in alot of spice, and it forces the opp to lose a life "usually" when they know I just stacked my deck. It def catches alot of people off guard :)
Glad you enjoy it! Queen is super fun, between doffy & queen, and rebecca, thats pretty much all I played at locals up until op06. Queen def has alot of struggles tho, alot of decks kinda hurt it. Hopefully by eb, it can do something amazing

Yamato counters Queen, usually Queen shouldnt win. The amount of bricks Yama can put in our hand off triggers is crazy. Slows down our leader ability to crawl. Even for me, Ive accepted most yama loses. Just a tough game!
How do you feel Queen does against R/P Law? The only reason I’m hesitating to finally build this deck is because of that singular matchup, I feel like the blockers are super easy to remove and the aggro overtakes this leader way too easily
Queen currently isnt in a good spot in the current meta. Perhaps when Saka goes away, moria (black overall) gets nerfed, great eruption card. Than maybe. We gain access to the new Ace 10c in OP07, but we'll have to see if it'll be enough + the current bans
@@PawsePlays Yeah, I was going to wait until 07 to actually build Queen. I heard Ace is pretty good for the deck, being able to stack the top 2 cards potentially. And also the new Blackbeard that got revealed being a pretty neat piece for the archetype. Do you think you’ll make an update video for 07 if Queen turns out to be somewhat decent?
Yeah Queen can body saka, if the Queen player is good enough. Considering saka usually doesn’t play bodies on board unless they’re popping something. But Queen most certainly can do it, Saka is still tough. I do think Moria in op06 is the new challenger to Queen. Along with Yamato.
Interesting. Because in this meta, you cant "not attack" Gecko moria, bodies queen, Saka bodies queen, perona, bodies queen. All these decks have massive removal tools, there fore 9/10 of your blockers are irrelevant in these matchups. Outside of blue xdrake vs perona. Than their is Yamato, which is already highly favored towards her. Queen cant really setup right now in this meta, you dont have time to "I wont attack so I can yamato" Gecko builds board so quick, Yama eats your life prevents you from healing in the late game. Saka is saka, and perona just has a decent match.

Green has an easy time dealing with kid, considering perona. Purple has a much more difficult time, until EB01, R/P luffy deals with kid, and R/P law, but strictly green will have a lil bit of a problem
So ideally, you want to set up the top of your deck with xdrake or the 3c Doffy blocker. Rearrange the top 5 cards of your deck. For example if you have sanji in hand, and play him down, whatever 9c and under character card is on top of your deck plays down for free when you play Sanji on board. So you can get sanji + Yamato in one turn. Does that make sense?
@@PawsePlays Oh so it needs to be set up from another card to be utiliized properly. I'm new the the game and just learning so it's all confusing. So essentially it's saying "reveal the top card, if it's a 9c, play it, if it isn't put it on the bottom of your deck"..?
@@PawsePlays the "Then, place the rest at the bottom of your deck" confused me. like the whole wording of the card is confusing to me lol. Reveal 1 card from the top of you deck (do i draw it?) and play up to 1 9c character, (from my hand or from the card i just drew?) and what cards am i placing at the bottom of my deck. Like the whole thing confused me lol but i think i get it now, thank you
@@DubstopherWubson13 that’s correct, as long as it’s a character other than a Sanji card, it’ll play it on board. Just happy to help :) Ideally you’ll want to make sure you set up the top 5 cards first. It’s a pretty solid combo.
in the first game you couldve set it up with the bege between the 2 yamatos so you go to 1 life then play the sanji into yamato to heal one and it yould be bege that you could then play yamato the next turn and repeat
What about it? 1 ice age, drake / ryuma, saka -1 w/ lucci, 1 8c Moria combo, all removes it on sight. Let alone that blocker doesn’t do anything for your worst matchups, Moria, saka & Yama. Any other matchups you don’t even need it. Running Mihawk / Kata, are much more important, Mihawk removes Hody, Kata removes 8c kid.

I remember playing queen at GG early op5 and playing against sakazuki. I won with 5 life. Queen is nasty.

Hello, do you have a tip for playing against the perona deck using the Queen deck?
You have to be aggro in that match up. She removes all your blockers. Realistically, Perona , Moria, saka and Reiju are tough games.

What green or purple card do you suggest to deal with captain Kid?
