That’s the setup I used for years until I went to a hydrostatic transmission tractor. Flails do a great job - you can see it’s fully mulched and that’s in wet conditions, judging by the damp tires. You might want to consider ordering a replacement belt cover.

Looks to me to be a fair amount of slippage going on there, maybe it’s by design, but a bush -hog would be a better fit for this job.
@@jamesevans20 I believe the camera frame rate makes it appear that the belt is slipping.
