If my daddy was still here, he would be absolutely overjoyed to know someone somewhere is cutting a big chunk of baloney and frying it up. He was an old Kentucky boy and he called it Kentucky steak. That is what he ate every day of his life until he passed at the age of 78. I love it!!!! You would have made my daddy proud.

Fried bologna sandwiches!!!! Doesn’t get much better... my favorite involves thick sliced bologna, spicy mustard, sweet onion, tomato on a hamburger bun. Thanks for sharing this Tiffany - Tennessee Smoky

There’s nothing better than Mom & Pop or family owned businesses whether its a restaurant, general store or other that serves the community with a smile. When charming small businesses like this serve the community & has strong ties to the community due to the friendly & passionate people behind it, you get a great business & usually amazing foods or products. Here in NYC it’s nice that we still have loads of Mom & Pop restaurants & businesses. Some people find comfort in franchises & chains that gives them a consistent standardized product they can always expect but in some places these places dominate. When a city or locale is dominated by chains, it becomes too stale, charmless & soulless. Sure they provide jobs & good people work in them but places driven primarily by corporate profits over passionate small business owners lacks the same vibe, charm & soul. I like some franchises but try to frequent privately owned small Mom & Pop businesses much more which are usually superior anyway. Tiffany here is just friendly & charming & people like her are what makes you want to come back to or be loyal to these businesses beyond just good service or food.🙂

Tiffany Terry is the epitome of a fine Southern woman, and she has an ability to connect with people, and make them smile. I love these shows, reminds me of simpler times.
My mother once fried a slice of bologna and the meat made a screaming sound as it fried. I was terrified and refused to eat it, thinking it was fried alive.
I was born and raised in central Pennsylvania (sorry not my choice) and have lived up and down the east coast from New England to Florida which has soured me on much of the "inhuman race" drugs, crime, immorality. After watching only a few videos on your channel I feel a renewed hope. Keep doing what you are doing and be blessed. And I now have something new for my bucket list, thick fried bologna sandwiches with love and prayers on top of the eggs, tomatoes, and whatever else you add. Hoping that big check shows up in the mailbox soon.
Dude being from central pa myself how have you never had one of these? Lebanon is like known for bologna. Also whats wrong with central pa? Its home i love it here

I'm originally from Johnson City Tennessee and I remember some of the little local stores where the elderly men used to gather around the old heating stoves in the morning of winter and talk about what they were going to plant in the summer and other things. You don't see that anymore. I'm 76 years old and I would love to see some little stores like that again.
I need to road trip for this fried bologna sandwich, everyone loves Tiffany. God bless you all at the store and and everyone you bless with your service!

Travelled past this gem many times during my younger years. Never realized what I missed out on back then, but I can appreciate the old ways now that i'm a senior citizen.
I grew up in NW Ohio and fried bologna sandwiches are a big thing. When I left home at 18 to join the USAF and was coming home on my first leave, my Mom asked what she could cook for me because my Mom was the best. I told her I just wanted a fried bologna sandwich. Wonderful! I absolutely love this! Such nice people and Tiff is quite a sweetheart! Someday I want to come down there and have one of those fried bologna sandwiches she makes. When I think American, Tiff's store is what I think of. There is an old store kind of like her place about 2.5 miles from where I live that has been in continuous operation since I think 1885. Still the mostly original building and still open 6 days a week. Lenox Store in Lenox, WV is the name of it. They sell gas, groceries, hardware, plumbing & electrical supplies, etc. I believe John Deere implements were sold there in the beginning. You do a very good job with these videos!

Thank you so much pretty lady. You have a winning combination with your smiling face, big eyes and wonderful personality! Thank you so much for your video. I will be looking forward to watching more.
Tiffany gives off an over the top positive vibe. She is delightful to listen to. She should start selling those checkered shirts in her store and label them "junk man" shirts. I hate bologna, but if I am ever near this store I will stop in an try one...(maybe).
Oh yea, circa 1969 a little country store in rural MD, sliced fried bologna that thick with melted cheddar cheese, grilled onions, mustard, mayo on white bread. Still a family fav at home.

I grew up in Eastern North Carolina and my family built and ran a small rural store like this back in the 70's. It was right on the Pamlico River, so they dredged a pond on the property and connected that to the river via a short canal and turned it into a small boat marina. It was very much a gathering place for the small rural "town" of 600 people or so, that was 40 minutes away from the nearest street light, much like this place. Sadly the property was sold out of my family around 2010 and has sat rotting away ever since.
I loved this! I love all your videos actually! I wish you were on tv.. Truly. Thx for all of your efforts to show us the many wonderful restaurants to go eat at and places in Texas to visit !
Every year a town near me hosts a bologna festival. Bologna royalty, ring bologna toss, games, rides, parades and so much more. The bologna here is like their bologna.
I studied architecture as a you man. My favorite part was learning how to do perspective drawings on a drafting board using a T square and some triangles. I loved it!
John, I have watched and enjoyed many of your videos. You find the most interesting people and places to visit. The Brooks General Store is my favorite series. Tiffany, the young ladies working with her, and the locals are genuine and good people, and that's what makes this series so popular. I like that Tiffany is a Christian lady, and that shows in everything she does and how she relates to people. It would be good to see the young man again who sang and played guitar. Maybe have him back again? Thanks for all you do. I really enjoy your channel.

Just great people! I have a buddy that lives near Franklin and when I go out there to see him and his family I’m definitely going to find this place…

No matter which state you come from, it really warms the heart to watch genuine country folk. God Bless America. Thank You. (even if you are a Connecticut nuttmegger)

I absolutely love your videos I’m from eastern Canada and doubt I will ever get there but a huge shout out to our girl Tiffany you are on of gods angels
Grandma's house we had venison or baloney samiches! Take your pick! The secret ingredient was home made bread and butter we fried the meat in bacon grease! Hell yes!

Miss Tiffany,
I absolutely LOVE your channel! I love Tennessee. I saw you make that grilled balogna sandwich and I thought my Mom had come back from heaven, add the mayo and mustard!
Thanks for watching

Oh yea, circa 1969 a little country store in rural MD, sliced fried bologna that thick with melted cheddar cheese, grilled onions, mustard, mayo on white bread. Still a family fav at home.
Awesome
Awesome video. Love old country stores. That was a thick slice of bologna. More like a bologna steak.

luv u Guys, u Rock. Luv seeing validation of why I loved Growing up in the South. I remember All the Memorabilia of that Era. Tiffany u Definitely have the Temperament for this job. So many people luv u. Keep up the Great Work!
Thanks for the update
I studied architecture as a you man. My favorite part was learning how to do perspective drawings on a drafting board using a T square and some triangles. I loved it!
Tiffany seems 1 of a kind💗😺

John, I have watched and enjoyed many of your videos. You find the most interesting people and places to visit. The Brooks General Store is my favorite series. Tiffany, the young ladies working with her, and the locals are genuine and good people, and that's what makes this series so popular. I like that Tiffany is a Christian lady, and that shows in everything she does and how she relates to people. It would be good to see the young man again who sang and played guitar. Maybe have him back again? Thanks for all you do. I really enjoy your channel.
