Sometime ago I wrote to you guys about some stuff I needed to modify a couple of things on my guitar and couldn't find any help from the local stores here and your rep named Charles Taylor was extremely helpful with my questions. I was able to change the pots and pickups on my own thanks to him. Its wonderful customer service even for someone who's not your customer. Ordered one from Andertons yesterday. Got it this morning. It's just awesome. I thought I like the drive channel of my amp (although it's not very gainy). Well, this pedal is on another level. It brought clarity, it brought gain. It's built like a tank. Oozes quality. I plugged it in, set output to match my amp volume, blend to max, the rest of the knobs at noon and it blew me away right there already. Then I dialed in the modded plexi sound from the manual and it was unbelievably good. I love it. I am also going to try it directly into a power amp but plugged in into my tube amp is just great.
FINALLY! some love for the Les Paul Custom! LOVE IT

Cool to see the vibe continue into the compact version. A little off topic but lately I'd love to see a "Rig rundown" on what you guys use to record and also monitor in the room. It seems to be a bit more appropriate now that several DI like things have been demo'd. Pleaseeeee?

Enjoyed the pedal. The Strat, though. '61 is my birth year and that sounded sooooo sick. And the Arctic White Custom? That's the first Les Paul I ever remember seeing way back in the mid-'70s. Both tugged hard at my heart strings.

I think sounds pretty good whether you going through the amp or the 2note. In other words I like it.

So many great overdrive/distortion pedals out nowadays. To me with UA-cam they all sound pretty much the same. Most of them are great sounding, but it's a shame because I can't personally tell the differences between them. I recently bought a Wampler Tumnus and love how much it adds to an amp.
The captain is becoming UA-cam celeb worthy. Really funny for me, anyway. The others also kick ass! I’m not ranking anybody!
I would be interested in a shoot out between this kind of nice pre amp pedal +IR loader/amp sim pedal, Vs the equivalent priced digital floor unit, like a line6 or whatever.
It would obviously be a bit apples and oranges seeing as the digital units cover a huge range of sounds and functionality, but it would be interesting to see how different these kind of basic tones were.
I have the revival drive and run it into ir's. Best direct tone I've ever had by a long shot and I have had all the digital modelers.

Any guitar will do when you have that couch. Like the Gibson color and the Strat sounds good.

I am wishing I could get my hands on a Victory v40 here in the states to try and see if it really sounds as choice as it does in the real world compared to the Andertons studio.

I dunno... the tones sound raspy to me. I have the Cali compressor, which is a great pedal, but this OD just sounds raspy and brittle.
These guys charge so much for pedals. That’s why I would use them if I were rich. Lol

Your videos are very confusing....I'm not sure what your demonstrating or which pedal? Then you go off down a conversation road that adds to the confusion....if your going to demonstrate a particular pedal just use the one your spotlighting...I can't tell what's going on here
