OMG! I tried this exercise it is really hard. I can't reach my both hands at the back. My shoulder really hurt. But I will do the best I can
You can do it! Just keep working on it, you will eventually!
we need to teach our brain and body what we want it to do, go slow and keep moving.
i dont stretch anymore , i pandiculate.
As we teach ourselves rather than use our automatic nervous system, then our bodys can learn. i believe this is what my body is showing me.
