- Launching their first flagship, Delhi based clothing brand Almost Gods unveiled their incredible 400 square feet stone-carved store, inspired by the Nabatean architecture of Petra, Jordan. - The highly anticipated store features a giant Griffin in mid-flight bursting out of the rocky walls, accompanied by the continuation of Nabatean architectural design elements like wall carvings and stacked rock structures throughout. The Griffin is a symbol of power and strength, also considered to be a guardian or protector across many south-east Asian cultures. - The store design is everything but simple, in a process that took us four months to complete. A life-sized mock-up of the store was created out of fibre, inclusive of moulds for each separate element from the body of the griffin, wings, columns, and broken niches.
