I have 26" chrome rims on my truck and everytime i drive in the rain, i have one wheel that gets really really cloudy/foggy rusty looking... I have to clean the rims 2 or 3 times after the rain just to get it clean but that one wheel keeps getting ugly in the rain but the other 3 takes just a quick wipe off

That's a decent method and I understand keeping it saturated while scrubbing, but my god, 25 sprays is a shit load, for just 10-15 seconds of wiping, and only wiping half the area you even sprayed. What a waste. Just spray 2-3 times per small area and work your way around. Unless you plan on using a whole bottle for 1 rim.

Turning out good ,i mixed a little dawn and water in a spray bottle and used 0000 steal wool ,cleaned up really quick ,good vid
