I do enjoy seeing all the upcoming releases but sorry to say, the sound quality is appalling. My sound is turned all the way up and it’s barely a whisper. BTW I’m not hard of hearing.
I can only apologise, and I will try to ensure that it doesn't happen again; it isn't you; lots of people have mentioned it. Thank you for bringing it to my attention
Thank you sir for the outstanding job you do on your videos. I really look forward to seeing all the new kits and news in the modeling world. Your channel is awesome 🇬🇧🤝🇺🇸 always
Thanks buddy, very nice overview as usual. Any chance the lovely lady at the end comes in 1/35 scale? Marriage proposals on the way!!! Great videos my friend, always enjoy
Whoever did the artwork for the P39Q for RS models really made an effort. The background looks exactly like Lake Wanum and the foothills south of Nadzab.
Lovely video as always. I do feel like your sound was very quiet today. If possible could you please dial up your volume about 20% on your next video. I think 2025 is going to be a great year for us moddelers.
13:40 Flying Flea. I have vague memories of a Commando comic featuring a flying flea. Me and my brother used to have stacks of them when we were kids pre secondary school. I noticed recently my local WHSmiths sell a few of them but quite expensive. I'm very impressed with Mini Art models, having only discovered them in the last year or so. I liked the zombie stuff too but im not going to get any.
Hello Jim, well it looks like I'll need a bigger " piggy bank " for 2025. The armour modelers will be happy for sure and there are several new aircraft I can add to my list. Black Friday sales and Christmas gifts built up my stash and building scheduling so I suspect I can hold off until we hear more about those B-24 gunners - I suspect they will be a bit pricy but have waited so long it will be worth it. At least they are still in the works. Thanks for researching all this new activity, you are my go to source on planning ahead. Hope all is well Cheers, Bob
Great video brother. Hope you are fully better now. The surgical definately hangs on the chest this year. Brandy and an Airfix should fix it. Keep it up friend, very enjoyable and helpful
100% back to normal-difficult to shake it off but I did have Brandy and I am halfway through an Airfix C-47 - weird? Thank you once again for comments and support
Cool to see another version of the "red alert" tank. I have to 1st one in the stash. Also great to see some more zombie figures. Want be out in time for my 2nd zombie diorama but maybe the 3rd one I have in mind.
Yeah, really great move by HobbyBoss about those F-35s... I guess good luck on beating Tamiya line of F-35s which are basically shake the box models with great details.
Ah,a new year and new kits to enchant and temp us..Miniart are releasing yet more versions of the Puma,so Miniarts T-54’s/55’s can take a rest.Shame really as I wanted a T-54 a tribe of cannibals from Borneo used in the late 1960’s.When the chief of the man eating tribe was asked what he thought of the Russian military advisors who delivered the tank..He replied that the Russians advisors were helpful though tough and a bit like chicken really.! A great round up of releases Jim.!.All the best.!✌️🥸👍
Ah, yes, the age-old debate: does everything taste like chicken, or are Russian advisors the exception? As for MiniArt, they must have a Puma assembly line running 24/7-soon, we’ll have a version for every conceivable scenario. Maybe they’ll release a 'Jungle Feast' diorama set next! Glad you enjoyed the round-up, Paul, and here’s to a year of kits that tempt us all (but hopefully not for dinner!).
Well darn I would have bet on D even knowing it was built by Consolidated Aircraft corporation. Learn something every day. Digging the figures you mentioned, never done any zombies myself....hmm And really liking that M4A1 76w release. I wish miniart would release crew figures, or maintenance specific figures for their vehicles with interiors....Maybe they well. Great video really look forward to them Thank you
@TheScaleModeler Yeah that's what I should have remembered about naval aircraft designations during wwii. But for some reason I wasn't thinking about that. Great videos your putting out, yours are definitely my top three to view.
The Apocalypse tank at 6:16 looks like it is from the real time strategy video game "Command and Conquer-Red Alert 2" for those that are interested. I enjoyed the game and can recommend it.
@ no I meant I might just keep the 800’s just because lol but yes 700 is better and have a few 800’s might use them for practice builds I’ve been watching your sneak peeks on up coming kits and love them even if there’s no interest for in what’s shown just waiting for announcements for 700 and 72 stuff
The Trumpeter SLT-2 Mammut 101044 was i think in Telford Scale Model World show two years ago, but it was a Hobbyboss kit, so if Trumpeter do bring it out, we can add around £70 more?
I think the Vietnam War mini-shop is technically known as a PX (for Post Exchange), though I would love to see a tuck shop kit and diorama; however it would have to be from Airfix, non-UK modelling companies would miss the subtleties: figures of mums standing around having a natter while the children queue up at little lunch to buy their cream buns (or in my case, here in Australia, an ice block if it's summer).
voice for the volume is a bit too soft, upped the volume to 4x of my normal listening volume, then the outtro music basically deafened me lol, good content as always though!
I notice the much anticipated 1/700 HMS Queen Elizabeth at 12:12. Is there anything more known about that kit? I'm scratch building one at the moment, not sure if I want to pursue it if that kits actually coming soon. HMS Belfast was announced in 2018 and only arrived in 2022
I don’t know anything else, if model suppliers are taking preorders then that’s normally a good sign though. If I hear any more I’ll be sure to mention it 👍
Hey there Boss, great video as always. Put few things on my radar. One question that keeps bothering me: is Zvezda not appearing in Your videos due to ognoing conflict or are they not doing any new releases?
Zvezda is probably the worst of the manufacturers for not releasing new kits. Revell released a load of 2025 new kits this week every single one is an older tooling and one is from 1976 but has a fancy new box art. What they should say is we have boxed a classic in a new box. I didn't feature one Revell kit because I didn't find one new one, same as Zvezda.
No need to apologise it has been mentioned before and noted - my apology is to you not the other way around. I’ll endeavour to ensure it doesn’t happen again 👍

Thank you for all the information. Love your videos!
You are so welcome!
Happy new Jim. This episode is a eye opener. Greg 😊. In Canada 🇨🇦 😊.
Cheers Greg happy new year as well - glad you liked it

Amazingly generous-thank you. If she does, I want the commission; she'll sell like hot cakes!
Whoever did the artwork for the P39Q for RS models really made an effort. The background looks exactly like Lake Wanum and the foothills south of Nadzab.
That's good to know; box art is so important.
Lovely video as always. I do feel like your sound was very quiet today. If possible could you please dial up your volume about 20% on your next video. I think 2025 is going to be a great year for us moddelers.
Many apologies I have had quite a few comments-I will try to ensure it is correct going forward
@@TheScaleModelernp still love the videos
Excellent, new model arrivals video!
Thanks for sharing.
Great work lad.

1/32 Viking from Trumpeter...could be interesting, cheers
I like 1/32 myself

It is a PBY consolidated….if the Y stands for consolidated.. then it s double ?!?!
Thank you, Bob, Knowing MiniArt, they probably will!
The Y for Consolidated was an assigned letter, but I get what you mean
@TheScaleModeler

Many intressting Kits, and no KI Voice :-)
Ich freue mich sehr, dass Sie zurück sind, und danke, dass Sie mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Es hat dem Kanal wirklich geholfen

good to know -cool tank
Finally 1/700 Midway’s in plastic. I have a few of the 1/800 ARII kits but they might kept just because
because ... 1/700 is better. I'm sorry there isn't more content for shipbuilders, but it just isn't out there to the same degree
@ no I meant I might just keep the 800’s just because lol but yes 700 is better and have a few 800’s might use them for practice builds

If indeed it actually appears
Really hoping for the uh1y venom and the ACH-47 although that was announced over a year ago
Exactly what I mean-fingers crossed you never know
Nice summary, thank you. I'm determined to not increase my stash in 2025. However... 😃
Good luck-it beats me everytime

I thought Trumpeter were releasing the Fairey Battle and a Fairey Barracuda in 1/48.
you're thinking is correct; some shops are taking pre-orders for these kits
@@TheScaleModeler Thanks
🙂👍
Thank you
I guess D.
Can we please get a new tooled 1/72 A-10? The 1/72 market for A-10's is horrible and I believe a new tooled 1/72 A-10 would sell like hotcakes.
I have no sway-I feel your pain!
Hey there Boss, great video as always. Put few things on my radar. One question that keeps bothering me: is Zvezda not appearing in Your videos due to ognoing conflict or are they not doing any new releases?
If I remember correctly he did talk about some of their new products last year like the Soyuz rocket, but I could be wrong
They are but most countries won't let a company that's partly run by the Russian government in to their country.
I did not see any Zvezda models in shops in ages. I assume they are not allowed to export here.
Zvezda is probably the worst of the manufacturers for not releasing new kits. @ on the subject of revell. Do we know anything about that 1/24 fendt 728 vario that was supposed to be released last year?
Sound is very difficult to hear
Thanks Paul - sorry about that I won’t do it again as lot’s have mentioned it 👍 appreciate your feedback 👍
2:16 hope it ends up in war thunder
I don't play it but I guess it might
Just here to find out what PBY stood for.
..and still non the wiser 😂
Answer is at the end
Sorry for the moan, but your openning music was blowing my speakers off the wall, but even with my volume on full i could hardly hear you!
No need to apologise it has been mentioned before and noted - my apology is to you not the other way around. I’ll endeavour to ensure it doesn’t happen again 👍
@@TheScaleModeler no worry's, just deaf in one ear so have to have volume set to hear most stuff,
