ALL NEUTRALS!!!! Blew up my transfer case

Repairing the NP261HD transfer case in my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD.

Was wondering if the front slip yoke splined are greased on a 261

Probably need to adjust the shifter motor, it's probably pushing it too far one way or the other

I’ve got a acceleration problem with my 98 Chevy Silverado c2500 turbo diesel 6.5l. Thinking it may be my airflow from my exhaust… any other thoughts?
