Did you have a problem with the down pipe from the turbo hitting anything ( like something in the way). You had to modified the pipe ?

For 99-02 Trucks you will need an upgrade on the harness to allow the fans to work properly with the AC functions. Nelson Performance has it and so does BP Automotive. It does require adding three extra wires to the PCM on top of adding the blue/green ones.

Can you do this if you dont have the electric lock buttons? I can tell the door has electric locks even tho the key only unlocks

I’m doing this same setup this weekend, when you’re in the highway let’s say above 65 and turn on the AC does that mean that the High speed fans will automatically turn on even when going at that speed? Or will they know that it’s tuned to turn both fans off at 50( since it’s what mine is tuned at) and also will the truck warm up on its own and turn both low and high speed whenever it needs even if the AC isn’t on? Thanks if you can answer I hope you can!!

If that's a MTD fnr the year reduction is crazy because the pinion gear is 14 tooth and the reverser gears are 41 so that reduces it as well as the gear on the other end of the travel reverser is 8 teeth which turns to 58 tooth gear on the axle which means that if your input shaft which means if you drive pulleys were 1 to 1 going into the transmission you're probably going to only go 7 to 10 mph

Where did you source the lights for the Cab, headlights, running lights, and mirror lights? Did you source the LEDs seperately and install them in each housing to match? I love the color tenperature! So refreshing to see it not be pure white.

I did this 12 years ago but used a sequential Foote 5 speed with 4 inch input pulley on trans and centrifugal clutch . About 28 mph , weird to shift but still works today . With vertical shaft engine , 14 hp ovh .

So I followed your steps, I installed the keyless entry module and the relay fuse, but the programming is not working? Where do I go from there? I’m confused on the BCM? Does that have to be installed or is it a swappable part? Is the airbag module the steering wheel airbag itself or is it a box like one of the others? Sorry if I sound stupid I am just lost 😅

Do you not need to balance it? Seems simple, someone just said it should be balanced or it will fail faster, although I don’t know how much faster.
