I’ll never forget playing this part for the 1st time. 2001, I was 11 years old trying to figure out what to do, realizing that I have to pee on the rock dudes suddenly made me wanna use the restroom. I live in South America. Down here, those kinda games were very rare. I had a 'Rich' part of the family that didn't give a fuck about other relatives and my cousin had this game for his N64 (When they came out) my mom made the great effort (Bless her heart) to buy me a N64 and I did some yard work to get some money and I asked my cousin if he could sell it to me, he agreed and I got it for 5 dollars (Back then the Game in my country was around 80 dollars or so).
Since my parents didn't know english, they couldn't understand the dialogue; and since I'm billingual I was laughing my ass off. This song brings too many memories man.

I like how this starts out as very expected, standard fare N64 quality music, and then it climbs its way up into something completely mindblowing; something that sounds unlike almost anything on the entire _system_.
I learned that the N64 can really output 100 channels of music if it dedicated all of its processing time on just that. You can basically go above and beyond with N64 music if you want it to, and this song is good proof of that.

CBFD is, to date, the only N64 game I ever finished completely on emulator. I had to remap my controls to get through the boss battle with the alien, because it was impossible to do the rotating thing with the normal arrow keys. Absolutely worth it.

Best song in the best game ever made! People really have to give this game more credit. To even have this game run at all the game had to be extremely resource conservative. The entirety of this game used way less than 100MBs yet took 15 hours to beat and had the best graphics and sound design on the N64. Rare should have stayed with Nintendo

No I didn't reword your comment. I was just pointing out that I *already knew that*. I already knew that they started a different company. If I would have said that the original RARE members were *coming back to work for RARE again* then your comment wouldn't be so stupid and pointless. Try not assuming so much next time.

Looking back, this game, though Mature, it's still not quite as crazily mature like games nowadays, though it was for N64. Mostly it's just violence though some other content was there, but Rare still kept the usual humor they did in all their games, including Perfect Dark, another M game. But that was a cool story.
