I had forgotten that they included some songs from previous NFS' ans when I heard the NFS II main menu song at 5:25 I made a smile from ear to ear.
Also, what I really loved from this game (and still do) are the police versions of the cars. While some of them have the traditional police design, others have a really good and incredible designs, like the arrow shaped cop lights bar for some of the fastest units, or the no inclusion of it at all but using some of the chassis' spots for the lights (see the Veyron SS and the Apollo S, for example), and the design of the police skin for some of the units which look really amazing.
The game overall still looks and plays awesome and is one of my favorites of the franchise.
Btw, if you are racing at Seacrest County and you feel unstoppable, remember that this guys is patrolling around and might ruin your day, so think twice before going nuts on the road.

Amazing game! Probably the last enjoyable NFS game. Stunning graphics, good cinematics, intense gameplay, amazing sound effects different from night and day from sea side to mountains, fun to play online.
The graphics looks the same as 2010 original.

Is there any logic behind using spikes when in a cutscene? Because it seems to work damn well for you
Been wondering about this too - does the CPU lose the ability to dodge spikes during cutscenes?
CPU/AI players can't dodge spike strip effectively during using nitrous, rubberbanding and using turbo. In this video, mostly rubberbanding that make the AI hitting spike strip
@@govinlock8568 agreed. They are using turbo and rubber banding during the weapon/bust cutscenes so they hit the spikes pretty hard.
To avoid the spike strip hit cutscene being played.

2:35 Friendly fire has been issued and ISAD are extremely lucky to avoid 2nd spike strip by ramming their own friend who spiked stripped themselves thus nullifying the effect itself and 1st clip is Forza in nutshell because all drivers are crashed in the bridge hitting roadblocks.

how many new events are they in the career mode? last time i realized, lockdown; cut to the chase, Duty calls and any means necessary wasn't in the original 2010 or maybe i'm wrong?
They are part of the Super Sports DLC Pack which was only available for consoles.

The SCPD Koenigsegg CCXR Edition Special Response unit is the only police car in Seacrest County Police Department that doesn't have any SCPD livery or decals because the color of the CCXR Edition unit is dark blue tinted carbon fibre body colour

What's the secret used to keep your speed up that high during the Rapid Responses? I've seen other players use it online and I've been dying to know.

There is no secret. It’s just the way you go into corners without slamming on the brakes. Most of the time you don’t even have to use the brakes just lift for a short while and go back on the gas/or you can e brake but that’s more than likely to cost time
When you drift in corners, depending on how tight or long it is, will determine whether to lightly move the joystick or move it heavily to turn the car fast enough. This goes for Racer and Cop class.
Police and Racer nitrous are used differently and imo Cop nitrous is better because it’s short yet so powerful. The long nitrous used for the racer is why we use it off a corner for the speed.
@@GoatedAtNFS That's what I've been doing in terms of letting go of the gas before the corner. What I seem to have trouble with then is taking corners too sharp then. I would consider myself to be really good at the game, I have more then 1,000 hours on the 360 version.
After numerous attempts to get along side the racer in Double Cross as seen in the video, I could never do it, so I assumed there was a trick to go faster. Thanks for the advice though, I'll keep practicing.
