Second the ownership records are quite easy to track down bas they are rare. So using a Sabaru BRZ makes more sense as it is more time consuming to track it. Third, in terms of fuel efficiency and maintenance , Bugatti is a really bad choice. Anyways, Enjoy the game. I am too enjoying it.
Special Emforcement missions were probably my favourite in the game, I just love the need to keep yourself in the suspects race and use all the resources and tactics available to help out

The viper is also the only car in class that while drifting gains speed and blasts outta the corners with virtually no loss of speed
